- Priming your mind with the forsight and muscle memory needed so you can perform at your best...is a must.
Visualization is a great way to do this.

It should be an energy drink call “The Enzo”.
is there a way I can use music such as a playlist to make me be more focused on racing? So every time I listen to it I am in a like a trance. I don't know any other way to word this but this is the best I can do.
Music is a personal taste kind of thing but when I want to be focused on hustling on my craft I use my playlist on Spotify called Enzo’s mental priming. I listen to this each day I walk to the gym or when needing to be active. spotify.link/WnCJ8IsfEIb
Whilst I’m the office I put on RUclips and listen to cinematic/Hans Zimmer kind of playlists.
It totally depends what you are into but yes music can be great for maintaining the mindset you want. Play around with it.
