Hello I would super like to correct those who watch this video. The team name is the LELAND CHARGERS. My name is Coach Johnathan Flowers. Yes that is my real last name. I hope you enjoyed the speech. Very honored by all your support
Honestly Coach, if I was on your team, after this speech. I would probably set a national record of pancakes in a first half. I led the charge and honored of being a part of history of bringing American Football to Ireland with being considered of being on Team USA for the first ever American Football game in Dublin, Ireland. Now the FBS will go to my location of where possibly my HS Portion of my Football career should have ended in either Rome, Italy or in Dublin, Ireland if I didn't have a season and career ending injury. At 19 years old, I have became a pioneer of the sport that I love so much. That's something that I can hang my hat on if I don't come back from this injury.
All of this came from 8 official Varsity plays. At least I know and God knows how much I did good for the sport.
I loved this. I just started working out again and was looking for music when I came across this. This is going to be right after my morning prayers every day. Thank you!

I listened to this speech years ago when I reached the finals of a doubles tournament in tennis. We were NOT expected to win, our opponents were the strong favourites, I listened to your speech walking from my house to the courts and felt absolutely fearless afterwards. This feeling stayed with me the entire match and we won STRONGLY in straight sets. Now whenever I watch this video back, no matter what's going on in my life I can draw strength from it again and again thanks to you.

I thank you cocach flowers, 15 years ago . I was training to become a nurse and i have adhd and am bipolar and was told i wasnt going to be a nurse would be too hard . I trained , did visualisation and listened to your speach every day before going for my jogg. Here i am 15 years later , i am a nurse and i have new objectives and im back to listening to coach flowers. I would of destroyed anyone on my path to achieving my goal with this speach . I played this nearly every night before my last college swimming championships after coming off a bunch of injuries over years. Repetition over repetition; this was my battle cry. Imagine going into every day like that. It's like when they tell you in the military to make your bed every morning. It's not the act of making up the bed, it's having a morning routine that sets you up to succeed by accomplishing SOMETHING, even if it's trivial. It gets you into the mindset of I already finished one task for today, may as well finish another. And another. And another. You can train that routine and add whatever you want into it as well. Want to start eating healthier? Adjust breakfast and you eat it. Want to start more effectively using time? Wake up EARLIER, I got for 4:30, and get everything done before anyone is even awake to disturb or distract you from your goal. Alright, everyones getting up now but you've already got 2-4 solid hours of a workout, chores, and work done before people have even brushed their teeth.
Now imagine starting every day like that, while still having the whole rest of the day to yourself. Get up, don't think jsut do. You know it's good for you, fuck everything your mind will think. Don't even think. JUST DO IT. IF YOU WANT TO STOP STARTING OVER, STOP GIVING UP. I believe in you man.
