Been on Huel for a year; My tips are Black Label Strawberry Shortcake, water first (prevents dry powder clumps and difficult cleaning), then add both scoops of Huel, then water again, then cap and shake, and only use the old school shaker.
This content is high quality - you need to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager (no, that's not me) to get you exposure. You can and should have millions of subscribers. This is not flattery, I'm just comparing your content to other content in that range of subs, and this is equal or better than much of it. Get exposure, increase your reach, it will pay dividends. Thanks for the video! Also, Strawberry Shortcake is my favorite. I've tried various kinds for over a year.
Wow, what a kind thing to say. Thank you. Actually, I did try hiring a social media manager a while ago, but they weren’t all that interested because of low subs. Catch 22! So I’m just growing the channel organically, one sub at a time.
@Irish Ibraaheem It sounds like a lot of money but think how much it costs you to even get fast food. Average breakfast can cost 3-15 dollars. Huel is Less than 2 dollars and is the healthiest thing you can get. I have one Huel for breakfast every morning and have never felt better.
Keep in fridge a couple of hours before hand makes it creamier and thicker. Also any lumps I find is no problem I love to swish lumps around my tongue.
Just got my first shipment, drank my first bottle of banana and immediately went to RUclips to see what others had to say. Found you first! Love your video. So funny and you're right...Huel IS delish! I made my first scoop and immediately wanted a second. Thanks for your video and curious if you lost the weight you wanted!😊
No, I didn't lose weight when I made this film - my willpower failed me. But I'm reviewing a blood pressure monitor at the moment, to see how weight loss affects BP, and I've been much better on the Huel diet this time round. See: ruclips.net/video/jaysShGUYeY/видео.html
How are you getting on with your Huel journey? I'm just under a week in and I'm feeling pretty good. Its also great not having to wash up plates and pans after eating.
@@rorus9530 Didn't lose weight during this review. But then made another one, and I've so far lost about half what I need to: See: ruclips.net/video/jaysShGUYeY/видео.html
Also, I recommend adding a little extra water to increase your daily water intake and most of all, to prevent a thick sludge that fights being swallowed. It should be thin enough to gulp down like pulpy orange juice, not cream of mushroom, in my opinion.
I'm totally too lazy to scoop and mix so I use the 'ready to drink' options. 1 for breakfast and one for lunch, then a high protein low carb meal in the evening, plus attempting to down 2 litres of water each day (that's the hard bit for me!). Been doing this for nearly 3 weeks now and I'm loving it. I don't feel hungry at all between meals which is a great bonus. Go Huel! Oh.. I have tried the curry pots... but not a big fan, but that's me personally. 😁
I have been consuming Huel for over a year now..... I only use it as a supplement tho... Between my hrs of wrk and active lifestyle and everything for me whilst being very busy...Huels nutrients all split dwn and So I'll drink half of a Ready made bottle along with real quality food.. use them together for maximum benefit without missing out anything. No one should ever try and replace quality food with These products. I think it's important to understand this. I'd say to anyone taking Huel up...Its not a replacement for a Dinner...its to put more good nutrients into your body to make you healthier. I only drink 2-3 500ml bottles per wk. I feel great by the way so it works I can vouch for it....
For the lumps, just add more water and shake harder and longer. Also, if you like those (comparably) nasty white label flavors, just wait till you try Black Label Strawberry Shortcake --- IT TASTES LIKE A MILKSHAKE EVERY TIME AND IT MAKES YOU LOSE WEIGHT? YES.
That will follow soon (ish). I have another 5-10 kilos to lose. Meantime, no, I don't feel hungry all the time. A bit, as the day goes on, but it's bearable.
Correct me if the white bag is different but mine is 400 cal for two scoops also try adding the water to the shaker and then the powder to prevent Clumps at the bottom
Thanks for the tip off. I have really struggled to find flavours I like, other than vanilla. But just tried the salted caramel flavour boost, and it was great.
@@arlo.guthrie what I've found works is to take a week where you actually weigh the food you eat and write down the calorie numbers down based on the back of the packet. It takes a little bit of math but nothing major. If you can do that for the most common foods you eat, especially the sugary stuff, you'll remember the value next time you pick it up 2 months later. Sometimes I even use Google for some common guess work such as "how many calories in the average fried samosa?" Lol. Men are consistent in that we often eat the same foods so it's far easier than someone who's always looking to try new things. Once you know what calories are in your breakfast you might even start shaving off bits. For example, I noticed that regular mayo had 600+ calories per 100g. That's insane, but light mayo has half of that. I went to the store and found a version of Helmans mayo with maybe 50 calories per 100g!? And it tasted the same. Bottom line is you need a baseline to compare the back of a packet against so spend a week obtaining that from your existing diet. Then cut out the high calorie foods or swap them out for alternatives.
