I'm not the creator of this video but I am a licensed cosmetologist so I'm going to take an educated guess, if you're still wondering how to have this color. It looks like her hair might have originally been very dark, and they lightened it with bleach (lightening powder and 20 or 30 volume cream developer), and it possibly could just be the color their hair lifts to once they wash out the lightener. A lot of people with darker hair lighten to this kind of orange/yellow color because of the undertones in their natural color.
What people dont understand is asian hair is very resistant to heat, perms, color etc. thats why in asian brand anything the ph levels and such are different than american products, and yes a very noticable difference in her hair after, good tutorial for asian women...im a guy im half asian half white but i inherited asian hair so i would know.

I think you should really get a heat protect-ant before using any heating products. it really damages your hair if you don't.
