Thanks! I saw it and just had to have it 😊. I feel like we don’t use the gimbal much, but it’s a cool toy. Just have to get used to it as it’s a bit awkward to use at first.
i actually tried it at home and it did work. If you are vegan or want to create a cocktail that everybody can drink it, you can create your own "fake egg white" with methyl cellulose or use aquafaba (shorter way) instead of using and wasting whole eggs. Also, you can stick with almond milk in place of buttermilk. It pairs really perfect!!! ✌✌✌
I'm a little bit confused by the buttermilk thing ... why doesn't the milk curdle as soon as you put the lemon juice into it? It's exactly what we do for a milkpunch, and it's sure to curdle the milk. Why not this time? Otherwise I love the idea, even though I'm not a big strawberry lover myself. I've turned some foods into drinks myself, and it works great most of the time :)
Hey! So, the lemon juice is actually curdling the milk, but because it’s such a small ratio, it won’t fully break the emulsion and instead gives the effect of thickening the milk.

Great idea! I think it would work really nicely. It would certainly be lighter than this version without the egg yolk, but certainly still enjoyable
