Nice looking bales.
For some reason I always think of a bale rolling down hill and acting like a big snowball. Loading the bales is the fun pert in my opinion.
You need to come up here and give me a hand then.
@@e.a.bfarms If I ever get in your area I will. There are a couple of farmers I want to meet up with someday and work is the foundation of farming.
Did you delete the emissions systems yet like everyone else does?
All the shiny green iron sure matches that bright green alfalfa😊. Makes me want to get going but we’re still a few weeks out. My alfalfa fields are still too short and the grass is worse. Is it unusual for you to make dry bales this early? Seems like you wrapped last year in June.
No, our target day is June 1st for dry hay. We were June 5th this year.
Just subscribed to the channel. Curious on where you guys are located, looks up nort.
Also, do you find yourself swapping between 540 and 1000 PTO configurations, and how is that 6 series for swapping back and forth?
Ogilvie Mn, East Central Mn. As far as 540/1,000 it's identical to the Newhollands just a snap ring and flip the shaft.
What transmission is the 6130?
Auto Quad.
That’s some good looking feed! 3-3.5 ton to the acre?
Believe it's been running just under 3. Looks more impressive, but I think there's more shrink from being so dry.
shed up just in time for hay
Got that right!
