Hi, thanks for the recipe. If I intend to double or triple the quantity for CNY, does that mean the cookies need to be refrigerated to prolong its freshness? Within 7 days will mean that I have to bake the cookies very close to CNY :( Do you have any solution? Store-bought ones have an expiry of up to 3 months.
