Happy Friday my beautiful family enjoy a super affordable, easy and delicious meal ! This is one of my favorite meals to feed my kids during summer vacation! This meal is less than 10$!!! This is a great recipe!!👍 I made it for my family but my only downside was that my meatballs came out really tough/hard....do you know why that could have been? Did I over cook them? Any tips as to how to avoid that from happening again? Continue banging out delicious recipes Claudia... really enjoy them😊
Hello I've never made this recipe but I have made caldo de albóndigas similar concept. I add 1 egg to my albóndigas and that keeps them very soft. Hope it helps.
