In this video, I'm sharing my favorite flat seam joins for crochet. My favorite "go to" is the "invisible join" but each definitely have their pros. Most importantly, they all give you a lovely flat seam if you aren't looking for a join that is too decorative. Hope you enjoy the video xo
So glad to have found your channel today. Ashamedly watched half your videos when I really should have done chores! I think I watched all your tips. Some I had seen before, but never in one place, and none so clear as yours. Thank you for showing all the C2C methods, I really am not a fan of the finished classic, I prefer the modern. You point the stitches out using a needle which really makes the process visible. So few others do. I so need to watch your V stitch variations next! Thank you for truly sharing your knowledge.
Oh no, I missed this beautiful comment some how! Thank you so much for taking the time to write me. You have made my day ! I’m so glad you have found the videos useful. Hopefully I can find some fresh tips to share soon, I’m always on the look out! 💕💕💕
I use this method all the time and the ridge softens out with wear or use, thanks for showing cause when someone wants to know how, I can recommend your tutorial. Thank you.
Thank you for this very clear instruction. I’m currently working on a gingham baby blanket using solid granny squares. I’ve been watching for that perfect join. You helped me with the mattress stitch.
Thank you so much for showing all this, It is going to help a lot. I am making an afghan and was wondering what would be the best way to connect all the squares.
@@PlayHookywithMe the yarn gets very twisted, especially if I am joining a long piece....not sure if I am doing something wrong? I have to keep stopping to straighten it out. ☹️
@@katel9281 I don’t think you are doing anything wrong. I wish I could help with this but I really don’t know what would help. It’s a nuisance for sure 💕

Roz, does your yarn get all twisted when you are using the needle for joining?
Hi, Kate. Not in a way that has affected the result or stressed me out. Is this an issue you deal with, what happens?
