Wow, you covered a lot! When I saw this, I wondered why you started with Air, and then as I watched, I thought, "Oh, right Pluto in Aquarius, that makes sense". But whatever your reason, I'm glad you did. My anxiety has been through the roof for a while, and it's definitely the mind-racing/mind-loop phenomenon you mentioned. Walks help, but I think I have to get more body-oriented. I'm also someone who likes to express myself through words, but that feels like it may be out of balance right now, too. Thanks again for the insight and the practical suggestions. Very much the right guidance at the right time for me.
