I think the Homeless A's best off season transaction would be to find a permanent home. (Hopefully back in Oakland for that fan base. Not an A's fan but feel bad for that fan base who loves the team.)
The jays may not have the greatest farm but what helps any trade rn is the young guys who were top prospects before graduating, a trade of Barger/Jimenez and then a top 10 prospect would at least make a competitive trade

I seriously believe they wont make any big trades, especially for Hoerner, and they will sign a cheap veteran past his prime or just call up another utility guy from their farm system that is not a top prospect.
It's imperative that the Yankees retain Juan Soto as they made a heavy trade with San Diego in 2023. The Yankees need starting pitching and a closer with a 1st and 2nd Baseman.
