Finnish Sister's Sausage Soup | Siskonmakkarakeitto

Sister's Sausage Soup has a funny name, but it's still very delicious! Don't be intimidated by having to
make your own sausage for it, it's simple and quick to do!
You'll need:
Ground pork
Ground allspice
Salt
Penzey's Bratwurst seasoning
For the soup:
Chicken stock
Potatoes
Celeriac
Rutabaga
Carrots
Allspice
Bay leaves
Salt
Curly Parsley

Thanks great. At school, soup was served at lunch, and it wasn't my favorite, but nowadays it is. I personally add a little tomato puree and chopped preserved red peppers to make the taste a little stronger.

Oh that's an interesting variation! I've never seen it with tomato puree before, but why not. Do you mean spicy red peppers or just red bell peppers?
