Extend the bellows on the pushrod tubes a little bit. Put some Loctite on the little strainer studs.

I tighten the drain plate screws to 5 foot pounds, never had an issue. It doesn’t take much to snap or strip them.

I was torqueing them all to the same but only the one in the same hole broke twice!
Luckily my local hardware store carried them and that one worked great

Pushrods tubes should be 191mm long, before installing them.

check your torque wrench if you really are on 5ft-lbs. i get that when i think im on in-lb when im really on ft-lb. big difference! take care.

That could explain the mess up! Or the fact that my torque wrench is from Harbor Freight 🤪

@@onehappykombi i have 3 levels of torque wrenches. 15 to 300, 10-125ft lbs and 10 to 240 in lbs. most of the time the big torque wrench cant do low ft lbs properly. for that use the in-lb. they are not so expensive. CDi is a good brand. a sub brand of snap on. as you may know 120in-lb is 10ft-lb.
