As usual guys great job. However can suggest that you also tour houses that are in the 3 million to 10 million shillings bracket. A lot of the houses that you tour are not within the reach of most Kenyans. I think the cheapest house you guys have toured was the 6 million shillings studio (just a fancy bedsitter)

Good job as always I'm never disappointed by your presentations. I'd say the house is value for money because of its location coz I'm sure it would cost far much less in kitengela. I like that idea of 'mpango' hideout in the kitchen. That was my selling point 😊

This is a well-built house, and the developer was very generous with the amount of room space available.
However, if I were to acquire this house, the first thing I would do is install a large sandblasted glass barrier at the Master bedroom terrace to provide seclusion while yet making the space feel open.
That would actually work very well. I don’t know why many developers haven’t borrowed that idea. Thank you

Great video. That house is not value for money though. Probably max rent you can charge is 2 - 300k. You'd need 25 years + to get your money back.
Going by the current rent prices for Lavington town houses, I would say 300k is on the lower side, maybe 400-450k.
Now this is how gypsum is done. As minimal as possible

My opinion :Lavington(that part that has no flats) has the most beautifully designed and contemporary houses in Kenya. Makosa ni ati they are on small lots.

Hehe, easy to judge on the sidelines, ebu jenga uone, cost of land plus that of construction especially if you are using professionals is no joke. Plus financing is expensive in Kenya.
Kenya Real Estate development can be improved or even be better. Trust me it is not ideal to use Cabro as driveways. I prefer asphalt/concrete.

for 68 million this is rather a disappointing house. the master planning is shit. no walk-in closet juts two normal wardrobes like wtf? and no his and her sinks? eii jamani this is not well done. poor architecture
Later on, we learned that the reason where it has no his and hers set up is because it is meant for a his. In an indigenous kikuyu or Muslim background, the man doesn’t share a bedroom with the wife, he has his own personal space, the thingira, but he can go to the wife’s bedroom, thus the his and hers set up in her bedroom. You learn new things every day.
Nothing about this screams 68m..so underwhelming.Kenyan developers are just plain greedy

You have done a great job but this house is a disappointment for 68M. The uppermost floor is not well planned. I was expecting to be wowed by the master bedroom. The headboard is too high that it dulls the room. Access of the large balcony from the master bedroom was unnecessary...
Nice expensive. But Nairobi glass doors and windows is it safe. Robberies and theft how secure is that house
