When I take a walk along Lower Kabete and Spring valley, I always envision myself living in that neighborhood, 2025
It's very beautiful but the place is always a high risk of thieves since the late 80's, but now it's much better now coz the high security of technology CCTV, not far off from they you can see original mugumo tree's
Don't postpone your dream live there now..get into the spirit of it and see what happens..
This is a perfect property in a perfect setting.
One thing i love about Lower Kabete is the fact that residents there coexist very well with Nature unlike Karen where developers are chopping down trees left, right center.
Seen the ones In the background 😂😂, anyway I love it, location 👍, landscaping 👍 space 👍a few disappointments here and there where's the dishwasher 🙄🙄 I mean with two kitchens then nothing?? Not a fan of the bathtub in the master bedroom I like the more mordern ones like the other bathroom plus since it's placed right next to a window ,they should've fitted the window with opaque glass I mean the see through one would make me very uncomfortable 😲,the living room is a bit too big even for me who likes space.. as for the laundry area needs to be covered with the pvc mabati too many leaves falling..but overall I love it 👍👍gd job as always

Several houses in the same area are amazing…Iam wondering if it’s the same developer cause this one feels bulk, void and cold…
Also, how do you access the open terraces on the 2nd floor? Through the windows? I’m no architect but seems like poor design to me
rushed here coz the neighbourhood seems amazing. i love tha pool and the garden. but the house is a joke for a million dollar tag price. its clear the developer went for poor workmanship and cheap appliances. i.e bathroom appliances, no smart mirrors, rainheads, sinks , chandriels and the house feels void. Its Fit for commercial offices, hospital or a kindergarten. My personal opinion

Don't even ask, the people moved out alot in the time elinino rain, but now alot of people have been building strong walls, and gabions strong walls as well
