Excellent exercise, I sprained my right arm muscles while bowling, and believe me, nothing could help me with the pain I was experiencing and did not want to continue taking pain killers. I came across the Theraband on Amazon and already I am feeling much better, cannot believe your exercise has done this to me. Hope to be back bowling on Monday and will be taking my Theraband with me, to warm up before I start bowling. Once again thank you so much for the exercise you have posted on Utube. Hi - New subscriber here. Thank you for all the great content - it's very useful. Question: for someone that's 54 and wants to keep their hands strong, how often should we train them in a 7 day week? No injuries but definitely seeing a slight decline in my grip strength. I have a lot of the tools you recommend already -- but ordered the putty today. I appreciate the reply. Happy New Year!

Hi Michelle! Is it ok to feel that zing of nerves when doing the wrist inflections? (Almost like a tendon moving against nerve, and you feel a little zing?). Weak wrists from too much iPhone use in last decade! Thx
In the video I did 1 set of 10 reps. It really depends on how it feels and the resistance level of the bar. Always start with 1-2 sets then work up from there.
Interesting: If I regularly use a rolling pin, ooen a glass jar of pickles, wring out some wet clothes,, or use a screwdriver, I am good to go. No wonder my Granny had such a powerful backhand. Now if you will excuse me, I am about to go confuse my wife and make her really happy at the same time. Thanks!

wow - 8:15 helped the pain at the base of my thumb joint almost immediately!
I can for sure say that your videos are the most important part of my recovery.

I watched your video brilliant videos would this strengthen the tendons in fingers, of injured fingers , after a finger tendon surgery?
It would be great for finger tendon strengthening if you are far enough out from your surgery and your doctor wants you to start strengthening.
