BBQ jerk chicken | recipe with homemade marinade

- jerk seasoning marinade
3 stalks scallion
thyme use as much as you like
1/2 onion
8 cloves garlic
2 inch piece of ginger
habernero or scotch bonnet peppers
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp Pimento/ all spice
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
the juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp browning sauce
4 leg quarters
3-4 tbsp jerk marinade
1/3 cup jerk bbq sauce
1 tbsp dry jerk seasoning
1 tbsp bouillon
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
sauce
1 cup jerk bbq sauce
1/3 cup sweet baby rays
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp wet jerk seasoning
