Very satisfying video. I could not look away from it. I will watch it nightly to help me focus and relax. My only concern is the lack of respirator, eye and ear protection while drinking the beer. Other than that, perfection.
Don’t laugh Dae and I built a 1952 Chevy out of bondo only problem truck weighed 20,000 lbs just kidding. We appreciate how you repair things right. Thanks Dan for another great video. PS when we saw you crack open that beer made me want one.
You talk about dodgey jobs ,I seen a guy fashion a nice rear roll pan out of concrete once on a Holden fj sedan …..you can only guess what happened the next time he backed up to a kerb 😮
How dare you remove that fuel door fill in. It most. Likely took someone a coupe of hours to make that mess and show mommy I bet. Hoping to see you next week with your forklift.
Got it...flush mount round gas cap! Unfortunately, the person that put this truck together, used a different fuel tank and the filler neck is off center by 2 inches. I'll figure it out when I cut out the box side, thanks!

Nice Merc !! Can you give us an inside view too? That was a lot of filler on the truck. Wow…. How’s the 51 going?
I'll probably shoot some footage of the car when it's re-assembled. The owner of te car is putting it back together himself.

I don't think '78's had a fuel door. Mine didn't and I bought it new.
I've had 7 square body's...from '73 to '85 all had a gas filler door
Google it. You'll see.
@@vids2290 ok...so where was your filler neck?
The same place as one with a fuel door.
