I meant to comment this yesterday for Lawrence. Yes, 6-8 weeks to heal... and then an additional 6-8 weeks to recover (get back to where you were pre-injury). This is because those muscles have atrophied (a bit) from non-use and need to get back to tone. Always nice to have a concise explanation from James about a somewhat complex topic of Bike Fit.
If this sort of thing had been available 20 years ago when I started practicing chiropractic my career would’ve gone in a totally different direction. I love these videos!
This helped resolved a bunch of questions I had bouncing around in my head. Much of the information I received here helped me make more informed decisions with my fit. ‘Preciate y’all

My elbow still gets sore over a year after my surgery, especially in cold weather!
@@Cade_Media Yeah, I broke my collar bone almost 10 years ago and every so often my arm gets into a spot that bothers that bone.
