I had read in forums that those that had the 99 AWD, like me, was able to put a F-150 TC in and have the shifter in the floor. I'm not feeling much love for this constant 4WD!

Why haven't you uploaded?
Kinda fingered all the shafts you played with in that exploder were a bit sloppy. The plastic bushing… did you ever consider copper pipe or pvc?
