I have two pairs of older Sonics. I really like the Storm water resistant version for winter day to day walking around shoes - way too hot for running, even in Scotland. Agree with your review for the regular shoe. I got them at a really good price and I’m happy with that.
Picked up this shoe in the storm version on offer for £59 going to use it as a winter daily shoe for those cold rainy runs in scotland and i picked up asics superblast for the dryer days and races
I won a pair of these in a race. They felt comfortable and quite firm with a softer foam insert in the heel (blue color). I'm a mid-/forefoot striker and I rather prefer something softer in the forefoot, so I resold them and bought a novablast.
I run on a mountain before dawn. I destroyed a pair of bright orange Nike Vapour Flys in 10 runs by ripping off the rubber from the sole on my steep, gritty mountain road. There is a pair of reduced Sonic 6s in fluorescent green, my favourite colour, in a local shop. The rubber looks great for my mountain road. But does the rubber tear off?
Not sure if this is a stupid question but would would shoe be a good all rounder? I came across these today at a shoe store for the firs time today and thought they looked kinda cool and fitted well. I do archery so it's a lot of walking and staying on my feet. I also like thay these shoes have a relatively thin shell which can dry (in theory) very quickly
Hi, my friend, I am not good at speaking your language. Would you allow me to ask simple questions? What do you think of the shoes? Is it comfortable for the feet, for walking exercises for an hour and a half for two days, and also for gym exercises?

I still have the Sonic 3. An incredible versatile shoe. I was hoping to have this new Sonic 5, however, the colours can't be more horrible.
lol
Takes years for the rubber to be worn out. I have the sonic 3 and the wear is relatively less for a 2year old running shoe
My ones fully black

Great review - shoes arent getting cheaper and nice to see other options if one cant afford a Cloud!

I do like the UA Flow Series. I tried one of the HOVR shoes that was gifted to me, but they were only decent.
No experience with this brand. Thanks for the review Tom.
Excellent review. Thanks!
Thanks Tom.

Is this recommended for runs in tropical climates? The temperature here is always above 30C.
Hi , nice review, I got the sonic 6 . Has this model tracking technology too? I cannot connect to the app. Please let me know. Thanks

Better than the Machina 3 by the other reviews I’ve come across….
How's breathability?
is there a big difference between these and the hovr sonic infinite?
can you use this for gym training?
Yep, it would be pretty good for that
I put in my custom insert and I'm good
how much did you buy them for if it's not a secret?
@@АнтонЗеленский-к2н They end up being a dollar each. I buy foam mats
I want to like UA shoes...I like a lot of their clothing. And yet it just continues to be...meh.
You have to try the Sonic on. One of the best of the HOVR models
Don’t knock them till you try them…

Why would they put in a tracker in a running shoe?
Any serious runner has a watch...
So you'll be paying for unnecessary shit...
UA's coach feature is helpful
