2:23:23 what an amazing time she ran. Maybe a good omen for 2023 😂. Looking to run the first officially timed half marathon in the summer and Frankfurt Marathon in the fall. Pretty pumped for both races.
Sharon's winning time at 2022 NY Marathon was 2:23:23. The development process of the shoe is impressive, however it is the combination of the best equipment and the best athlete that has created this success. Kudos to Sharon, kudos to the coach!
2.23.23 😱 what a time for your debut. Wish I watched this live. I'll watch over the weekend. The shoes look amazing, been so close to buying some new vaporflyes but now seeing these has made my choice alot harder.
2:23:23 NYC champ Sharon Lokedi! Good to see a shoe review going beyond the technical aspects of the shoe & getting the athlete's journey in her own words day 1 all the way through race day to the moment she crosses the line
NYC marathon is always exciting. And nice to see more competition in supershoes... perhaps we will see some price drop in the near future??? I doubt, but it would be nice for us non-elite! And as always, nice and interesting videos, so keep on the good work Running Channel!

Amazing winning time of 2:23:23. I really liked this shoe report, from the detailed description of the construction to the subjective impression while running at difference paces. I usually avoid ads, but informative ones like this, which include comments from various people including Sharon Lokedi herself, are an exception.
Sharon Lokedi, clocking in a 2:23:23, and from the video interview you can see how excited and genuinely happy she is. Is this something that you could imagine doing more often, interviews with pro athletes? I kind of feel they would be more willing and more open to share with you guys, with people from the same field that they already share a passion with, than with the majority of regular news reporters.
Wow 2:23:23 what a debut time, by extremely talented athlete, plus great shoes. Thanks for the video. The Running Channel is my starting point when I need new shoes.
2:23:23 is amazing! It’s great UA has finally delivered a race shoe. The increasing competition between manufacturers should surely benefit the growth of the sport.
Sharon winning time is 2:23:23 and I'm inspired by her hardwork and dedication to get to where she is and of course correct gear (shoes) will put her on top. I just started running last month, April and with all the videos and shoes reviews, I'm hooked to running, I just did my first 10K with 5:51 pace. Congratulations Sharon, great video!
Running a 2:23:23 in those shoes just shows the dedication UA have to the tech and to the athlete. Sharon is a beast and will claim many more victories.
Awesome shoe, I like the fact that you said stable even at that thickness. Can’t wait to try one on even if I don’t win a pair. Thanks for a great video and channel.
This was a fun video. Sharon's time of 2:23:23 was amazing! This channel sometimes gives me an inferiority complex seeing all the amazing athletes around the world :)
All I wear to run is under armor . A lot of the shoes they have are fantastic for me. I’m not a running star or anything but I’m a big dude trying to run again and they are perfect for me.
Geez I guess couldn't finish 42.2 km without lots of walking not even think of doing it fast so Sharons Lokedi time is otherworldly. Sharon is so lively and lovely and humble, a trait I highly cherish. Stephen Scullion does nice vlogs abuut his traeaeaenin' for Paris 2024 but man I really had such a hard time geeetin' used to his accent as a non-native English speaker but relieved that even the auto-CC threw their hands up at times hurling nonsense at me. Many a rewind later I actually came to like his accent! Keep it up, the both of you!
She ran an amazing time of 2:23:23. She seems a really humble athlete. All congratulations to her. Great to hear how these shoes were developed fast but taking on board all the feedback. A good sign of a brand which truly listens. Looking forward to seeing more Carbon Plate shoes with this stability and style
I REALLY want to make friends with this super shoe, please and thank you Under Armour and The Running Channel! What a fab time of 2:23:23 for your winning time, Sharon! Big Apple Congrats! ~Megan
wow, beautiful Sharon crossed the line of the NYC Marathon in 2:23:23 looking as fresh as a daisy!!! Such a fabulous young woman. Totally inspired by her.
Absolutely love this interview with Sharon talking about running 2:23:23. She's still so happy when she talks about the experience, it's awesome. Mad respect for Stephen as well, so it's cool to hear how much he had to do with the testing for this shoe.
Sharon finished in an amazing time of 2:23:23. Doubt I'd get anywhere close to that, supershoes or not, but aiming for 3:30-4hrs next April in Manchester
Hey from Florida USA! Sharon did amazing in her win, and it was nice to see Stephen in the video too. Both have such passion! 2:23:23 is a fantastic time. I would be thrilled with 2x that! Maybe NYC winning shoes would help! Thanks for a great video and including me in the drawing! Woohoo!
Very excited about them. Um, I’ve tested and ran a little bit in the irregular flow and velocity went and a lot of the technology for how your foot is wrapped into there is is in that. That’s also a great shoe same thing no rubber underneath and it’s a great show. Oh, so yeah, I got a marathon coming up in September it might be on my foot who knows I love to win it
Sharon did run an incredible time of 2:23:23 in the new york marathon. It's her achivement as today wearing supershoes is more about leveling the playing field since pretty much everyone else wears supershoes too.
It's really good for consumers when sub-brands are winning major marathons rather than Nike or Adidas. To do that in 2:23:23 with Under Armour shoes is pretty dope. I just hope the rest of Under Armour lineup catchup to the industry so that people can seriously consider to have a full Under Armour shoe rotation.
Sharon Lokedi ran a very impressive 2:23:23 to win the 2022 NYC Marathon. It's always great to hear athletes being interviewed and getting an inkling of who they are outside of just racing. If I win a pair, I can guarantee you that I will not come anywhere remotely close to her winning time. But at least I can say I ran in the same shoes.
Great video, the winning time was 2:23:23 which is very impressive, I ran that day and the conditions was unseasonably hot and humid, no idea how she done it.
Wow what a nice lady, she realy did a fenomenal race. In 2022 she finished in 2:23:23 to win the New York Marathon for woman. Keep up the kind of shows you all are doing!
Sharon winning NYC in 2:23:23 is so impressive. I just completed my first Marathon and did it in under 4 hours (3:55:22). I fell in love with running during the last 4 months of training and the videos from the running channel helped me sooo sooo much. Thank you! I already signed up for my next marathon in October and hope I'll be able to crack the Boston qualifying time one day!
Shame when the talk ends up being about what shoe the winner wears and almost being the deciding factor over the talent and the hard work of the athlete...hate the term super shoes ...shoes are shoes , athletes are super.
In a way, super shoes is designed to assist and improve athlete in their running performance compared to regular running shoes. So it does makes sense that super shoes have a huge impact on how the athlete feel during the race although in my opinion, its only about i would say 35-40% and the rest depends on the athlete physical and mental endurance based on their training.
Yes I agree athletes are super and make up the majority of the results they produce but if you take 2 similar timed athletes and give one access to "super shoes" and the other your regular running shoes guarantee the one with super shoes may come out on top. Because not only do they give performance benefits on race day, not having to exert so much energy, they also aid in recovery, to be able to do harder workouts sooner as opposed to waiting to recover.
Solid time of 2:23:23. I love the no pressure "just hang with them" approach she took until the end. Removed the stress of competing and allowed her to just run in the moment.
Sharon's time 2:23:23. Nice to see another brand coming in. Hoping the more brands will eventually bring the price down for us non elite, non sponsored runners.
Winning time 2:23:23….. I ran the same marathon in 2022, but unfortunately I ran the whole 26.2 miles with a broken heel. After 5 months on crutches and in a walking boot, I’ve finally been given the all clear to run again yesterday. So winning these shoes would be a great start to my recovery 😊
Looks a good shoe my wife is hoping to run the London Marathon next year and is looking for a shoe to do it in . Sharon Lokedi won the TCS New York Marathon in 2:23:23 . I ran it too and it was very hot and humid that day .
Is it wider in the midfoot than the Nike and adidas race shoes? I struggle with all carbon shoes thus far because of my fallen arches. They just don’t have enough room in the midfoot for my feet, which causes pain and bruising. Are these typically narrow, or more room?
Oh, stop teasing me... Ive now gone from cheap trainers to "treadmill trainers", then a lovely pair of Kiprun's (great video and advice). Last week my Salomon trail beasties arrived and tomorrow some Hoka's..... (and I still don't call myself a runner. I have to admit though, all of you have re-ignited my love of X country and just running..... And now..... two hours, 23 minutes and 23 seconds. (size 8 please)
2.23.23 time, interesting to hear the stability was still there when you got tired, maybe there will be a super shoe for us mere mortals sooner than we think!
2:23:23 what a legend! I ran my first marathon in Manchester this April and definitely have the running bug. Would love to try out super shoes this time round for maybe Amsterdam 🤔😂
2:23:23, was really cool to learn that Stephen Scullion helped develop the shoe and the sheer delight in Sharon's voice at winning:))
2:23:23 what an amazing time she ran. Maybe a good omen for 2023 😂. Looking to run the first officially timed half marathon in the summer and Frankfurt Marathon in the fall. Pretty pumped for both races.

Great video showing off the UA super shoe and showing all the hard work put in to help Sharon Lokedi win the New York Marathon in 2hr 23min 23sec.
2.23.23 was her incredible time. And another great video from the running channel. And your podcast is the only good thing on monday mornings:)
Wow what an incredible time of 2:23:23. Can't wait to see more from her. Great video and love all the new Under Armor colours
2.23.23 😱 what a time for your debut. Wish I watched this live. I'll watch over the weekend. The shoes look amazing, been so close to buying some new vaporflyes but now seeing these has made my choice alot harder.
2:23:23 is incredible. Really interesting to hear about these trainers. Excited to see more from Sharon.
Sharon Lokedi absolutely smashed it at 2:23:23. I've been eyeing up these shoes ever since her Marathon win- would be so grateful to have a pair!
2:23:23 NYC champ Sharon Lokedi! Good to see a shoe review going beyond the technical aspects of the shoe & getting the athlete's journey in her own words day 1 all the way through race day to the moment she crosses the line

Did not know about this shoe. Thanks Andy. sounds like a winner. 2 hours, 23 minutes and 23 seconds was her winning time.
She had an amazing time 2:23:23. I like how humble she is and her mind set toward the end of the race.
What great marathon time of 2:23.23! Such a lovely human being, and I loved the sign language at the start of her call!
What a amazing time you killed it Sharon.
Saw some of these at the Madrid marathon. Glad to see UA is stepping it up!
2:23:23 really impressive debut and she has such a great attitude! Great to see!
2:23:23 is super impressive. Great job Sharon!

Big Congratulations to Sharon.. Girl is on fire..👏👏
Love to hear new racing shoes come to market. Sharon finished in a blistering 2 hours, 23 minutes and 23 seconds
Awesome shoe, I like the fact that you said stable even at that thickness. Can’t wait to try one on even if I don’t win a pair. Thanks for a great video and channel.
2:23:23 incredible time! Great hearing from Sharon, would love more Scullion content on here!
This was a fun video. Sharon's time of 2:23:23 was amazing! This channel sometimes gives me an inferiority complex seeing all the amazing athletes around the world :)
Really cool to see the development process of these Under Armour shoes. 2:23:23.
Sharon Lokedi is inspiring, winning New York in 2:23:23! I hope to run the New York Marathon one day, though not anywhere close to Sharon!
It’s 2:23:23! This is such a good find! I hope she gets more attention and break more records!
Hi Sharon's winning time of 2.23.23 was brilliant and in these new shoes no-one knows much about, incredible
All I wear to run is under armor . A lot of the shoes they have are fantastic for me. I’m not a running star or anything but I’m a big dude trying to run again and they are perfect for me.
2:23:23 What an incredible time. The Sharon and the UA team should be so incredibly proud of achieving something this amazing in such a short.
Sharon smashed the marathon with time 2:23:23. Huge respect!
Geez I guess couldn't finish 42.2 km without lots of walking not even think of doing it fast so Sharons Lokedi time is otherworldly. 2:23:23 is an incredible time - well done Sharon!
A mind blowing 2:23:23 - Superb effort and great looking product too :)
Sharon time of 2.23.23 is fantastic. I'm doing my first at the age of 60 in Richmond in September and hopefully my first run will be successful.
Petition to be Sharon's running buddy! She seems so lovely, and what an absolute superstar for a marathon time of 2:23:23!
Absolutely love this interview with Sharon talking about running 2:23:23. She's still so happy when she talks about the experience, it's awesome. Mad respect for Stephen as well, so it's cool to hear how much he had to do with the testing for this shoe.
Sharon absolutely crushed it with a time of 2:23:23!!
Absolutely incredible 2:23:23. Carbon plates really are a game changer.
2.23.23 was amazing! I haven't found any under armor she's that suit my feet yet, but this definitely makes me want to give them another shot.
It was wonderful hearing Sharons view point of how her 2:23:23 finish of the NYC Marathon went. Good to know even the elites get nervous on race day 😅
2:23:23 is a great time. I’m excited that these shoes feel good at different paces too!
2:23:23, what a great race well done Sharon!
Stephen Scullion ☘ is a ledge which means this shoes are gonna be🔥. Great run from Sharon to win in 2:23:23!
Sharon finished in an amazing time of 2:23:23. Doubt I'd get anywhere close to that, supershoes or not, but aiming for 3:30-4hrs next April in Manchester

2:23:23 have been curious about these shoes. Thanks for the content!
I have a question, did she used the UA Flow Velociti Elite or the UA Velociti Elite 2 for the NY Marathon?
02:23:23 was the finish time. It’s a more sensible looking shoe than loads of the others.
Running 2:23:23 Sharon smashed it!
Amazing finishing time by Sharon of 2:23:23, and shoe looks amazing too without the funny shape of super shoes!
wow 2:23:23! what an amazing run. can't wait to try those shoes 😬
Great video, the winning time was 2:23:23 which is very impressive, I ran that day and the conditions was unseasonably hot and humid, no idea how she done it.
The winning time is 2:23:23. Keep up the good work guys!!!
“You don’t need to make the big move” consistently a smidge faster not that is a shoe and race ideology that I like. Well done 2:23:23
Wow what a nice lady, she realy did a fenomenal race. In 2022 she finished in 2:23:23 to win the New York Marathon for woman. Keep up the kind of shows you all are doing!

You can't sell an athlete. Talk about the shoe, make 💰

2.23.23 winning time. So inspiring, humble and happy. Many congratulations 🎉
Sharon killed it with a 2:23:23. Ready for my first marathon next month though ill be lucky to break 3:30
Sharons time of 2:23:23 is amazing. Love the shoes.
Such an interesting video telling us about the design process. Winning time 2:23:23.
2.23.23...such a great time. Great to have more players in the field of super shoe brands.

So winning these shoes would be a great start to my recovery 😊
Finishing a marathon in 2:23:23 is such an inspiration for women everywhere! Makes me want to run a marathon!
2:23:23 doesn't do that run justice, huge level of drive to keep on pushing!
2:23:23 , really happy to see under armor in the elite running game. I love the shoes for the gym and really like the brand.
Looks a good shoe my wife is hoping to run the London Marathon next year and is looking for a shoe to do it in . Sharon Lokedi won the TCS New York Marathon in 2:23:23 . I ran it too and it was very hot and humid that day .
Great to hear more about this show and how Sharon won NYC in 2:23:23
That's amazing!! Both the time of the athlete 2:23:23 and the shoe!! 🎉
Seems like an incredible pair of shoes the finishing time was 2:23:23 well done!
Is it wider in the midfoot than the Nike and adidas race shoes? I struggle with all carbon shoes thus far because of my fallen arches. They just don’t have enough room in the midfoot for my feet, which causes pain and bruising. Are these typically narrow, or more room?
I love UA products tbh. I know they can be slightly more expensive but they really are value for money.
Lokedi won the NY marathon on 2:23:23.
The winning time was 2:23:23 an amazing time! Great video 👍
Always tempted to switch to another brand - off to the shops to take a look! 😊
She did it with a time of 02:23:23 them shoes look so nice love what they have done to the sole to make them not look massive
Love the channel, 2:23:23 amazing time!!!
2.23.23 time, interesting to hear the stability was still there when you got tired, maybe there will be a super shoe for us mere mortals sooner than we think!
Thank you for sharing!
2:23:23 is an amazing effort particularly as Sharon was effectively race testing the shoes on the day.
Sharon's winning time of 2:23:23 is incredible. No question. More to come i expect
2:23:23 what a legend! I ran my first marathon in Manchester this April and definitely have the running bug. Would love to try out super shoes this time round for maybe Amsterdam 🤔😂
An amazing run, 2:23:23 is phenomenal debut
Great interview with Sharon - what an amazing time of 2:23:23. The shoe looks great, but can you wear them with custom orthotics?
Keep the content coming! Absolutely love the debates and discussions and of course these interviews!
2:23:23. An amazing time. Nice to see UA getting some great shoes out to the runners.
