- In this episode of Texas Beard Adventures I bring ya'll along on my 6 week follow up appointment with my surgeon for my BEFORE AND AFTER GYNECOMASTIA SURGERY RESULTS. The results aren't 100% yet because it takes about 6 months to see the final results after the surgery. I'm pleased in the results overall but I'm still hoping that at the end of the 6 months that my left side will look like my right side.

I was hoping to see another recovery video at the 6-month point. I hope you're Truly happy with the results. It looks awesome. I have a friend who did liposuction for his gynecomastia & had amazing results. It sucks that as men, we're not supposed to show vulnerability or speak about body issues that truly bother us. I've lost 80 lbs & my body is not great looking.😂 I wish I could have some surgery to correct the issues. I'm healthier, so that's a huge comfort. I hope your Shingles situation is better. It really sucks.

Much appreciated Beau, to be honest I went back and forth on wether to post this video. But everyone has a part of their body that they want to change in some form or fashion. I am also getting to the point in my life that I care less of what people think of me and more about helping other people. This is the “most common” male cosmetic surgical procedure that gets performed…… Hell even THE ROCK had it done. We are only on this earth for a little bit so we need to make it count while we are above ground. Thanks for watching my videos you keep me grinding away!

Make sure the surgeon removes any gyno tissue and not just lipo the fat that’s on top.
I’m still recovering from mine. I’m a week and a couple days into the recovery. My left side is really good and my right side is more puffy. But I’m not worried cause I’m sure it will go down. Thank you for these videos. Hope you feeling better 🙏🏻

Yea but I still feel something in there I got post op today just pisses me off we pay them to do a job and they don’t do it correctly
I just got my surgery a week ago and I can’t wait for my results. Did the swelling and puffiness go away on your problem side? Would love an update
The puffiness was related to my surgeon not removing the gland tissue. Although my gyno is better it’s not gone completely. I’ll have to go back to get the gland removed for 100% satisfactory results on my situation. I hope yours turns out different than mine.

@@TexasBeardAdventures oh wow I’m sorry to hear that! I felt something off about your doctor when he was talking to you about it. Seemed nervous and like he knew he made a mistake. Is this something you will have to pay the full price to have done again and do you plan to do it?
I had full gland removal and am still healing and waiting to see the full result. Wish you the best man and thank you for your reply!
If I have it done again I’m going to a surgeon up in Austin that specializes in Gyno surgery.

No, I think that if he had removed the gland it would be the way I wanted it to look. Not sure if I’ll ever do anything about it but maybe one day I’ll go up to the surgeon in Austin that specializes in this surgery. Hope that helps you!
@@TexasBeardAdventures Oh he didn't remove any of the gland? I am in Australia, I believe my surgeon removed majority of the gland, did lipo & basically moved fat around to contour the chest
That’s what I wish my surgeon had done too.
Had this surgery done a week ago.
I asked to have the gland completely removed due to having to wear a vest for work. Surgeon told me, they keep a partial part of the breast tissue inside to keep your nipple from dying. Skin turning black etc. Don't know how true that is but hopefully the gland will not grow back
How did you end up? Are you happy?
@@TexasBeardAdventures Honestly I was expecting it to look much better. He did alot of lipo on the right chest and barely anything on the left. So im not that happy with it. I've seen other surgeons on RUclips do a much better job like the one in austin texas can't remember the name
I’m in the same boat. I wish I had seen the group from Austin. Maybe one day I’ll have it done correctly until then I’ll just deal with it like I’ve done since puberty.
@@TexasBeardAdventures i would definitely go to the one in Austin, i ssw in your video how it still bothers you. That surgeon definitely let you down and thats unacceptable.

It was $7,700 no scar. Just make sure the surgeon removes the gland which is different than just lipo. There are a couple of surgeons that specialize in Gyno surgery. I would definitely recommend a specialist.

Has your left chest changed in the last 2 months ? I’m thinking of doing this surgery but idk if worth it or not .
No it hasn’t changed. I would get the surgery done but make sure that the surgeon is gonna remove the gland or breast tissue as well. My surgeon only did liposuction. It helped reduce but I still have gyno because the gland is still there. There is a guy in Austin texas and Phoenix Arizona that special in the gyno surgery. I’m probably gonna go see the surgeon in Austin because that’s closest to me.
