You should look up the lifting strength of your chain when it is used across the container being lifted in the middle like that. Because the strength is greatly reduced in that position. I think it's 1/3 as strong but it was along time ago and there was a lot to learn so eg 6ton chain can going only lift 2ton. And around the corners through the corner casting reduces the chain steghth as well. If you do a dogmans course you will learn all that stuff. Its a real eye-opener how much strength is reduced or increased in different positions.
With the straps for holding the container on the trailer, roll the end up, the throw it up and away from you. With a little practice you can get it every time. Renting the containers sounds a top idea. Renting rubish bins, yes maybe more money in the short term. However with the containers, low purchase price, drop off, collect rent every month for 2, 6 or even 12 months. No tip fees to get caught out on. I have not a lot of idea what rent on one would be. But say $100 a month. 50 is 5 K a month. One person could run that. The people that would use them is endless.

Where could I buy one of these to live in me and my family have been wondering where to get them were all welders and builders so we could do a lot with them thinking about burying some
After a lot of researching I really suggest not burying them! A lot of people have done it and you really don't want to! But you can usually find these near a river port!
You're welders, so. The support for these is in the 4 corners the corrugated walls and roof actually don't have much structural integrity so cross stacking when full or burying them requires reinforcement to the corrugation. Why the ships generally have them stacked corner to corner. Trains haul them with 2 20s under a 40 so the support is still on the corners.
Time has flown man, I looked back at the video when I dropped it, and if I recall there was a couple months between me recording that and even dropping it, so it's just wild where the times gone!

Definitely a thing that could be done. This unit doesn't have doors on both ends unfortunately
what brand are you using for winch cables on your trailers?
The ones that come with the Dk2 samurai warrior winches. And then a harbor freight backup rope.
Put vanilla flavoring in your paint and it will kill the smell.
