So cute! My daughter in law has one like this but smaller than these. We love it so much. She actually leaves it out year round. It’s about an inch tall. ❤️💜💚
Thank you so much for sharing these adorable ghosts!🤩👻 I just created a cute family of ghost candles inspired by your work and had so much fun with it. I've posted a short video with them too 😍
They are so cute! Thank you for you explanation on everything that is nice😊. I am going to just make some simple ring dishes with leaf impressions. Thank you for explaining that i could use those sticks to achieve even thickness.
Awe, so adorable!! I love them! ❤ But where did you get those sticks that helped you roll the clay out? It seemed like it was some sort of depth thing to help you get a certain size..? 😮?
CUTE! I made two, yesterday, but I had whole ghosts and hollowed them out. This would've been so much easier, lol (I'm new, just found your channel, this is the first vid I'm watching!😊)
Yes! I’d love to try making them! Adorable❤ please tell me where to find the blocks of clay in the bag that is used for this and on the wheel? Ty for sharing with us. Happy Holidays🎉
thank you! 🩷I use Laguna B mix for this, it’s a ceramic clay and needs to be fired in a kiln. If you’re looking for an air dry clay I’ve heard good things about Amaco, Sculpd, and crockd!
Thank you!! I used ceramic clay for these so I used a ceramic glaze and fired them in my kiln but if you’re using air dry clay they sell like glossy varnish for use with it!
Man they cute💗Is it like a mini fire machine, what brand is it and how much it costs and is it necessary to fire air dry clay,mm uk i like making such things n wanted to start but i got no idea bout these things.
Beautiful! I really want to try clay art as a hobby but don't know where to start. What is that thing that you put your sculptures in to? And what does it do?
Thank you so much!! If you want to start with pottery I always recommend taking a class bc that’s the besttt way to learn but if you’re not able to do that right now there are some awesome air dry clay kits! Since what I’m using in this video is ceramic clay, it needs to be fired (baked at a high temperature) in a kiln (basically fancy high temp oven) so that it’s durable and becomes ceramic :)
Oh! Did you not wait until the pieces were pre-baked? It looks like you glazed the pieces while they were still damp. I'd always waited until pieces were bisqueware, baked, and then glaze. Nonetheless, the ghosts came out looking adorable! :D
Thank you!! 🩷The colors I used were underglaze and I painted them on while it was still greenware, then bisque fired them, glazed them, and glaze fired them! I don’t usually single fire things other than earrings 😊
@@RuthMoffattArt That's really neat! I'd only known of the standard process you'd come to expect from a college class. Basic stuff, really. Haha. Thanks for clarification!

What a cuteness!!What products do you use to pain the pumpking and glaze them?
I use a ceramic underglaze! If you are doing this with air dry clay I think there are certain kinds of paints you can use
You did a good job
thank you ☺️
Super adorable! ❤
Awe, so adorable!! I love them! ❤
But where did you get those sticks that helped you roll the clay out? It seemed like it was some sort of depth thing to help you get a certain size..? 😮?
Thank you so much!! I got them on Amazon, you can find them if you search pottery handbuilding measuring dowels :)
So cute! But what kind of paint and glaze do you use?
Great idea with the wooden dowels. I’m looking making my own stuff with clay like tea light clay houses and ghost as well.
