    Buddy i have only one question and it is is there any way to wire it without disturbing the fire wall?

    • @johnmichaels4330
      @johnmichaels4330 5 месяцев назад

      Yes. There is a company that makes a system for lights and such that keeps the sealed box under the hood and uses Bluetooth to allow wireless switches be placed in the cab or wherever you like.

    I’m running a 126 watt light bar and it came with a 10 amp and a 15 amp fuse for the in line fuse which one do I use? It’s a 2020 f150 and i have the full wire harness from nighlight

    • @fiftynation
      @fiftynation  2 месяца назад +1

      Your light bar should have some specifications on it stating either amps or watts, what is that number?

    • @fiftynation
      @fiftynation  2 месяца назад +1

      In all likelihood 10Amp will be fine. If you're ever unsure smaller size is better because it will guarantee better protection.

      I just checked it’s 15 amps

      So using the 15 amp fuse is good? Or should I stick with the 10? Thank you by the way for posting everything you do I’m new to the f150 world and your content helps! I subscribed to your channel for sure haha

    Quick question: If I add grill lights and a set of tube lights to an existing set of lights, do I need to go up in fuse size?

    • @fiftynation
      @fiftynation  3 месяца назад

      Like increase the main fuse for the lights you want to tap off of?

      @@benc4412 if they're LEDs, if you're adding a bunch of incandescent bulbs, may not be an awful idea. However you should also make sure to put an online fuse on the aftermarket equipment you're installing.

      @@fiftynation so what if I wanna add two little LED to my headlight (to make some kind of tear spark to the corner) would that need a fuse change if I wire it to the headlights?

    Hi I want to wire up marker lights on the side of my truck 6 each side what's the best way to do this please

    • @fiftynation
      @fiftynation  6 месяцев назад

      It depends. When would you like them to be on? By simply hitting a toggle switch? Integrated with your day time rubbing lights? Come on when the low beams come on?

  • @techtoday5784

    hello dude I wonder if I want to wiring additional low beam to my car is it ok to use stock wire in car just splice it up? any problem with that?

    • @fiftynation
      @fiftynation  7 месяцев назад +1

      You can certainly do this. Just make sure to put a fuse on your positive wire going to your new lights. So if they happen to fail or fault out, you don't take out your headlights.
