I completely agree. It’s pretty bad how some whistleblowers between 2017 and 2020 were rhetorically attacked and then even had their lives threatened. This is a public will accept whistleblowers on a local level, but when it comes to the White House I would last seven years certain populations have become extremely angry and cult like. How can things be fixed when people put their fingers in their ears and just hum and say “I can’t hear you“. It’s just not good.

By the time the FBI, IRS, and Post Office conduct a coordinated raid they already have enough evidence for a conviction. The raids are simply to gather supporting evidence and/or to add to what they already have. Thao should resign and focus on her legal troubles. Either way, she will not survive the recall.
Absolutely. When a coordinated raid like this happens, they already have the goods on the suspect. Much like the Mara Lago search, the Archives knew what was missing, and knew that Trump had not returned eveything, which he claimed to have done. In writing, no less.
Don't forget the FBI will create evidence if needed.

I was thinking if she would only come out and speak on Wednesday's chaotic event (shootings / fighting) at Lake Merritt that sent 18 people to the hospital, there would be some level of respect. She could have easily held a conference and advise only questions related to the event at the lake would be answered but NO. Some "leader"...

She hasn't been charged yet, but considering the FBI, IRS, and Post Office were involved in the raids suggest she was taking bribes (FBI), laundering the money and tax evasion (IRS), and engaged in mail fraud (USPS) when she wired the money to other states or other countries. There has also been talk of "pay to play" which means she was giving out city contracts and jobs to those who paid her under the table. Also, this is not all related to her being Mayor. The FBI investigation started with she was a city councilwoman.
