It would be great if you also showed us how to reheat things etc if you've had them as leftovers before. I only cook for myself so I have a lot of leftovers but never know how to reheat them. Always ends up like soggy etc
I've recently found this new technique that works out for stuff like this: Put it in a pan, add a splash of water and cover with a lid. If you let this steam for a couple minutes, it won't just heat the dish up, but make sure it doesn't get soggy, but crispy! You can do this really well with leftover pizza (and honestly, I can't even tell the difference), old bread (I like moisting the bread and putting it in the oven wrapped in aluminium foil. It won't harden the bread, but make it just fluffy and crunchy enough) and a bunch of other things. Hope it works for you.

This is genius!!! You could do different styles of quesadilla too. You could do a pizza or Italian style or cheeseburger or Buffalo chicken. I wonder if its possible to do asian? Probably. Ohhh what about mashed potatoes and cheese. Kinda like a perogie. I wanna do half sheet pans and just do as many concoctions as i can come up with.. But the possibilities are endless. I love this!!!
