I have watched other people try to demonstrate this stitch, but the way you show it is easier to catch. I’m trying to knit my granddaughter that is on her way a blanket with this stitch. Luckily I can watch the video again if I get confused. Thank you for explaining it so well!

Love this! I appreciate you going through the stitches as you're repeating the stitch, it helps me follow along and not have to keep replaying (such as when other tutorials just show each stitch once). Thanks, can't wait to try!!

@@sowoolly I attempted 6 times now and I'm not sure what I'm messing up. I think it usually happens in the 1st row when we're supposed to knit under the stitch...I can't tell if it's like the whole beside it or underneath the stitch on the needle. I also could be purling wrong because I hadn't known that stitch prior to this (I looked it up).
I also don't follow the loop at the end of the initial row? I can't tell what's different.
      Thanks!

Can I just thank you to the moon and back? I have tried soooo many tutorials and patterns and still for the life of me could not master the directions, let alone the stitch. I figure things out very quickly but this particular pattern had me puzzled… until now. I don’t know if you have ever had that AHA! moment or a moment where you ask yourself why didn’t they just say it like this? Well this is my aha! Moment. Again… thank you so very much for making it so easy to follow. 😊
