To those saying this quantity is too large for them: you can halve this recipe as many times as you'd like. You're not obligated to make a large quantity if you're not comfortable.
No you don't have to, but people come to baking sites for help; and not a lot of people are comfortable doing the math.

I hear you on the video saying you used 1,25kg margarine and you further explain that its 2 ×500g and half of another 500g of margarine. So, if that is the case then it means you used 2×500g + 250g margarine because half of 500 is 250, and not 125. Please clarify that, i'm now confused because i'd like to try the recipe
Secondly, you measurement for milk: you wrote 2 and half, is it cups or what? Please specify
2* 500g plus and 1*500g cut in half
