Makes it seem like they're telling a 9-year old Ryan about the snacks he can have later
😂
Yes! This is how I am with my 14 year old nephew. Whisper to him where the goodies are so the little ones won't overhear and raid the kitchen.
I'm a Taurus woman, 🤣 this is sex to me 😂
The snacks they prepared, surely there was some competition about what he would like better!
Right? It's like when my grandfather told me that the leftover wedding cake from my uncles wedding was in the fridge. 😅 8 year old me was ALL about that! 😂
“I just said nothing.”
I belly laughed at that part!
😂
Funniest part!
is there a movie where he doesn't talk or what is this referencing
Drive ! Yesss
He perfectly encapsulated the pain on that woman’s face 😂 “why you say nothing?”
When in Rome, you do what the Romans do. Speak the language of love. Food
He’s such a good actor
I really like him. He grew up in a trailer with a single mom and look at him now. Nice and humble
In Ontario, Canada ❤
Hes from London Canada Grew up in Cornwall Ontario in a Mormen family.. There are no trailer parks in London Canada or Cornwall? This aint the USA. Canada has a complete infrastructure of Healthcare and housing for all lower income class people. But he is humble.. but the I lived in my car, trailer park story is aload of bollix. PS go check out Cornwall its a super sweet village town.. no Trailers..I dont think the people of cornwall would appreciate your post. lol
@@rebeccacoleman8338And yet Canadian Shania Twain and her siblings ate ketchup sandwiches to stay alive. Canada's great, but it's not a mythical Utopia.
@rebeccacoleman8338 I don't know about London Ontario, but there are definitely trailer parks in Canada, and we have definitely have plenty of unhoused people here. As the other commenter said, we are not a utopia, we have lots of things to work on.
@kirstiecarriere9505 I live here and Cornwall does not have Trailer parks..
Sharing food is a love language!! ❤
Yea, those weren’t actually food related comments. Something else I’m assuming he understood.
@@1014pno, it probably WAS the food they were talking about but go ahead and think, your creepy thoughts.
@@1014p I think you're assuming wrong. My mum does the same to me every time I visit her in Italy. Because that food, it's there for me. She got it for me and wants to enjoy me enjoying it.
Yes, even I know that Italian women just love to see people eat. That is their love language, which translated too, we just love people and feels that motherly instinct toward everyone, period! ❤ @@hamdelsun68
Italian food is my absolute favorite!
He always seems like such a nice man to me.
I wish we had a 60 minute ASMR video of Ryan Gosling whispering about food.
I'd watch that! 😅
😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I don’t even do ASMR’s but I’ll definitely listen to him whisper 😝🙌🏾
I truly hope his mother is happy. She devoted so much of her life for her son with tremendous love. Now that he is working so much and with his own family she deserves companionship. Blessings 💞🙏
Such a sweet and down to earth dude. Congrats to his Mommy❤ 🇮🇹
I’m Italian-American, and oh my God, he’s reminding me of my childhood! That’s so funny!
My mother, whose family was from about 40 klicks North of Naples, talked 'justa like'uh dat'.
They ostracized her for a while for marrying a Puerto Rican. Yep, a dyslexic West Side Story.
Anyway, it's always funny watching someone who didn't grow up with it ...experience it.
My wife was appalled. It was hilarious. After decades of marriage I still quietly chuckle at her disbelief.
The inherent emotional blackmail just cracks me up while it totally dismayed her.
I'd expat in Italy, Spain or even consider Puerto Rico just for the humor of watching her and my adult children in bewilderment.
@@Peacemaker-er3tl Is disowning a family member because they married a different ethnicity a part of the old country's wholesome family values that I hear so much about🤔??
@@claudiasolomon1123
Yep. It's f'd up I know. My parents are gone now, so I let go of resentment. But the 'Godfather' sh!t still resonates. What're ya' gonna do? Right?
I dunno man. I just had to let go.
It's from Naples.😉
Marrying a different ethnicity was/is taboo because it considered that the children would suffer from cultural confusion of the union but since some people don't really seem to care about kids anymore, except, well, I rest my case....@@claudiasolomon1123
I don't ask much, just one COPY of him. ❤😂
😂😂😂
Such a sweet man . Didn’t know much about him and I don’t watch movies but he seems like such a nice man.
there's probably a years/decades long wait list for that 3D printer ...might not be the 60 years wait for Packers season tickets but thinking the last couple years have ratcheted up the #s
@@McLeod2022I think she’s referring to questionable cloning not a plastic 3D printout 😂
@@Fabulousprofound168 I know. I think I'm clever when drunky. Maybe outside cloning would be reincarnation? * I seriously typed reincarceration first pass. "Questionable Cloning"... not sure my HMO covers that... hmmm. 🤣🤣☮☮😂😂
I have never seen an interview where he did not entertain and make people smile and laugh. He is a true star.
"THIS HANDSOME MAN IS AN INCREDIBLE HUSBAND, FATHER AND SUPERB ACTOR LOVED BY EVERYONE"
Ryan Gosling is hilarious. He has the best sense of humor & really doesn't have to try very hard. He's also such a good actor & very versatile.
BEST STORY TELLER EVER HAHA
He really is! My favorite storytellers in Hollywood are Ryan Gosling and Matt Damon. They always tell the best stories in interviews. Tom Cruise is actually pretty entertaining storyteller as well. He has one he told to David Letterman about flying a plane that was so funny I had tears in my eyes.
Adorable account of attending your moms wedding... How classy of you to say nothing because it was your mom's special day... and even to not explain that to the lady. I know you must have smiled at her.
I think it's because in Driver (one of his films), his character is silent. Or this!
I was in the comments ĺooking for a movie reference so thank you lol @@jimm7073
They’re talking about a film where he didn’t talk
So funny, " from Naples" 🤣😘!
This is so unbelievably cute! What adorable interactions. Educational too! I didn’t know people mentioned food items, with such emotional connections. 😁💪
Oh yes. In Italy it’s all about food and wine 🍷
@@geminigirltwo Same in France. We spend our meals talking about other delicious meals we had in the past. 😅
Mama Mia I got to visit Italia the motherland soon
@@MissTwoSetEncyclopedia True!
When you’re such a good actor you can nail disappointed Italian granny without hesitation…
Ryan Gosling is an incredible story teller! 🫶🏽
The movie she saw him in was probably " only God Forgives". In that movie he says nothing
I thought the lady meant why he didn’t say he was the famous actor… not that he saw him in a movie where he didn’t speak? But maybe you are right! 😊 I’ll check the movie out 😂
Or "Drive"
Never seen that one but I'll have to check it out. Ryan is a phenomenal actor
@@rahbeeuh It's a really good movie. He does speak in it of course, but uses less dialogue, more visually stylish, action sequences.
@@blu48 good to know. Thank you!
Ryan is always so down to earth can’t help but love 💕 him.
As an Italian, I can confirm that the vast majority of our conversations revolve around food.
He is adorable.
Italian women love to cook. It's all about the food and making people happy eating their food. My Grandparents were Sicilian. Mangia, Mangia or you'd insult them if you didn't eat a lot.
Puertoricans are exactly the same way!! We love to eat, to cook, and to see people ENJOY what we cook. It's our collective love-language. 🥰
@@larisalynnortiz8979I bet your kitchens smell heavenly. Always something simmering on the stove. ❤
@@susannaCdonovan23 At home it ALWAYS smells like food. My fiancé also cooks. We either take turns or we cook together.
……’most’ Italian women love to cook
My Grandma was Sicilian. Beautiful, dark hair, barely 5 feet tall but assertive as all get out. You better believe that unless it was a BBQ all the big family meals were at her house.
Gorgeous man ♥️
He's the most genuine and most adorable actor I've ever seen ❤
Best imitations of the women speaking about food to Ryan 😊😅❤❤❤
I'm an Italian American & had to listen to my elders speaking in Italian & preparing dinner, great memories ❤❤❤❤❤❤
😂😂😂 he's so funny and handsome
i am in love with this man
Such an INCREDIBLY nice human being❣️
He and E. Mendes are blessed and fortunate to have each other ...we never hear any bad crap about these people .
Gosling is hilarious !
Ryan tells the best stories
I love him, so down to earth and such a really great person. And gorgeous!!!!!
Gosh, he's so freakin cute!
Love Ryan Gosling ❤
Me too
This is hilarious 😆 It is a little bewildering when your parent gets married again!
he's so funny.
100% EVERY ITALIAN WEDDING 😂
This is a real thing???
@@lunacielo7680you know it is!
Just love him 😅
Ryan is one of the most captivating celebrities. I love his slightly offbeat sense of humor; it reveals his intelligence. And I hope it's not an act, because he is a great actor, but he just seems like a genuinely pleasant and kind person. I've never seen one appearance in which he hasn't been utterly charming.
He's one of my favorites!
His giggle lets you know it really happened. Lol.
Italian-American here:
1) Those women were loving on him with the food talk.
2) his accent was good - sounded like my great grandma from Italy!!
I love Italian food, culture and people.
I worked in little Italy for many years, learned the language.
He's right.
“Why you no say nothing?”
It was probably Drive.
I would love one more of him. This man is perfection on a plate.
Gosh I love Ryan ❤
Hes amazing actor love him seen lots of his movies.
Did you see the one where he got a vinyl doll and fell in love with her (Lars and the Real Girl)? Pretty early in his movie lineup but after seeing him in that role, besides being gorgeous, he was so good as that character - sincere and genuine - I knew he was gonna go far 😊
I bet he smiled at all those nonnas. He probably had to declare all sorts of yummy 😋 treats when he came back. Lol😂
He’s such a great story teller! Wonderful humor!!Always!
Ok THESE LADIES MUST HAVE BEEN SPEAKING IN CODE!!😂😂😂
Totally! 😂😂😂
SO REAL lovely Human rhat you are ❤😊❤
Such an incredibly talented, handsome man with a keen sense of humor!
He's always fun to listen to do interviews 😂❤❤❤
Yeah. The Italians always talk about food, drinks and travel.
Ryan is very sexy and funny!! 😁 I too had an Italian mother in law and they get very offended if you don’t eat everything on your plate. And they do pile up your plate with food!
I truly know very little about me Gosling, but I love this clip. Of course the older Italian ladies are trying to entice with food.
😂 the old ladies whispering about smoked mozzarella and the tortellini just makes me smile. They're so loving!
His dry humor is MY FAVORITE
❤there’s a mozzarella in the fridge and some horseradish pickles on the counter…
It's funny to me that somebody decided to crop Kimmel entirely out of this visually.
😂 I thought the same haha it's genius
He'd be such a fun member of the family. He'd make every family engagement so much more entertaining.
Awww now I miss my family 😄 And I do have homemade tortellini in the freezer
That's cool, an old Italian lady watching Drive
....why you no say nothing...😅😅😅❤Italy and the Italians and their food ... nothing like Italian food😊
I know exactly which movie she's talking about and it's one if his best
"It's from Naples" 😘
He doesn't talk, he drives.
Ryan;felicidades! Eres un super Actor. Tienes Picardía; Alegría y Transmites tu sentir con tus ojos. Recibe Bendiciones!.🎉❤
Hilarious!! He seems like a good guy in all of his interviews.
Love his comedic & humility as an actor ❤❤❤
Beautiful man inside and out!
RG is adorable!!!
Always a fan of you & your humor!♥️🌟👋
He really has such a great sense of humor!
He is so handsome!
I have always loved him I love him even more now I didn't know he was so funny. 🥰
Love his personality, he cracks me up. Soi Handsome.
So adorable. Give Ava a big hug for me. I want her to play me in my story.
😊❤
I love that there's Italian women in the world confused by the movie Drive 😂
The nonnas just being like "He is the grandson now. It is time to begin the feeding."
He ate good for a few days. Lol
I adore Ryan!
That's hysterical 🙃🤪😝 lol I'm 1/2 Italian 1/2 Irish lol that's how the Italians do it lol we love you and ur wife ❤❤
He is so dang beautiful
I’d love to be friends with this guy, he’s hilarious!
I totally get the whispering women! I do that all the time when I make something homemade. It’s an European thing to be proud of amazing delicious food 😅 we just love food and brag about it
Such a cute interview!
I've been to a few Italian weddings and you have to lie down between food offerings.
This! One wedding I went to was 3 days long. After the ceremony on the last day we went to the reception...what a spread! We ate and ate then they rang a bell and said everyone should come inside to dinner LOL (9 courses). Later that evening it was the groom's family's turn. It was a barbeque that went into the wee hours, fireworks and all.
Food? Yes!!!
That's a way the Italian women flurt through food. And I don't blame them for trying its Ryan! ❤❤❤
Dividiamo il cibo con le persone a cui vogliamo bene ed apprezziamo. Un gesto d' amore.
I loved that he specified where his family came from Italy so that now some people are "confused" in the comment section 😂😂😂😂
I didn't understand your comment until I kept scrolling and saw people proudly display their ignorance and try to correct him. 🤦🏻♀️
@@MissTwoSetEncyclopedia Right?😄
Those comments are a trip! I used the example of Sicily and Sicilians - it's very common. 🤷🏽♀️

Hands down, my favorite actor.
Tortellini...that iz mai favorite. Better have some chz&mushrooms in there.

They were trying to lute him into their trap 😂
The only thing tastier than the smoked mozzarella is Ryan.
He is always hilarious 😂 I just love him.
