- Here I have put two of the Living Proof Curl Collection stylers to the test! One side of my hair I used the Curl Definer for coily hair and the other side I used the Curl Definer for curly hair. Stay tuned til the end to see the results and my final thoughts.

Beautiful!! Curl definer looks like your curls are more clumped! My hair is loose and tight curls, and the Curl Enhancer(for waves) works best for my hair! 💛💛
The side with the using the curl elongator looks better .

The curl elongater side looks better to me but it looks good on either side😍 and I like voice overs more so hair tutorials and talk videos on product review type vids like this

Thank you Abbie for the video. You're only the second influencer with this type of hair that I've seen review Living Proof. Given the cost it's nice to have more frames of reference.
Back to the video, I agree that the elongator side looked more polished. The real test is how long did your wngo last for?
For recording purposes, voice over when you're showing something "complex" like braiding and straightforward with product reviews. Hope this is helpful.

My wash and go lasted wearing it down for 3-4 days and then I put it up into a puff. I definitely could have kept it down for a week - I just get bored lol
Hi Abbie! Hope all is well . I agree, the curl elongator works better for you. For the middle section of your hair have you ever tried brushing the product into the hair with a Felicia Leatherwood brush for example before running your fingers through? I think it may help to lay and define that section more. These products seem good for your textured hair. I just recently cut mine down low so no more Diana Ross hair for me for a good while. I'll continue to watch my fav RUclipsrs like you style y'alls hair. TFS!
I'm so tempted to cut my hair short too! I think it would be so freeing.
And yeah I have tried brushing that section to help define the curls but it's very stubborn and not much helps it lol I just think that section of hair just doesn't have a curly texture like the rest of my hair

I'be not tried flaxseed DIY gel. But I've tried products from brands who have flaxseed in their products an dI always like them!
Elongator side is the best and my 6 year old daughter has your hair type
Have you tried Holy Curls? The products are an absolute game changer. It's also black owned and a London brand. I tried living proof but thought it made my hair hard and crunchy. Holy Curls leaves my hair soft and defined. Try it, it's all i use now.
