This man acts his freaking butt off every moment he's on camera. I haven't watched one scene in any of his work where he doesn't give the audience his all. He pours his heart, soul, and spirit into his work, and it shows. And he still manages to be a down-to-earth, humble human being who is thankful for his fans and can be hurt by his haters. He can make his audience cry on cue, but still lives life admitting he puts his pants on one leg at a time just like everyone else.
That why hes my favorite actor
I know this is an old show but... This scene is actually even more heartbreaking than it looks. The whole bit before where he's alone in the bathroom just.... Falling apart while trying to answer his kid normally on the other side of the door is incredibly devastating. Also the bit after the cops don't fine him and he's just sitting there on the side of the highway digging his boots into the gravel in agony. My goodness...
I can not see David cry. Every time I see him cry, hurts me. I feel like I need to hold him tight to calm his pain. God is so talented.

Whenever I see David crying on the job, with out any hesitation or notice, I start to cry. He's just... That's it - you can't even find words worthy enough to describe how emotional and focused he is.
David, he's just like... wow. you know? well, david is the kind of actor where no matter what scene he's in or if you even understand what's going on, if david cries, welp, you cry even more like if someone just stabbed your heart
really😂 the first time I watched this episode, there was some trouble going on in the fandom so I was for 3/4 of the time on my phone and when that moment arrived I haven't followed anything and I didn't know what was going on. And then I cried. For him. As usual.

I find this hard to watch, because his acting is so good I feel as if im actually watching David, not as an actor, crying. Kinda feel as if im intruding on a personal moment XD

David can portray any situation with just the right amount of emotion or what is needed for the scene. He is so believable as a grieving patner, missing his soul mate.
Yes I am biased, yes he is my favourite actor, yes I think he is absolutely gorgeous as well, but his acting talent is incredible and he is one of (if not the best) actors of this generation

Im single father of an autistic child. I never break down and I never complain. The secret ?.. I learned from my mother how to raise a kid being a single parent in a third world country with much less than the basics to live. Im strong and determined and Im way better than my father was. My son is my mission, my pride and my life.
His crying gave me a panic attack at 2 in the morning and it scared the shit out of mum

@VictorCreed89 There are fans out there that just love him, I respect your opinion. I'm not sure if he's the best actor in the country, but people love the heart and spirit he puts in his work. He was the Doctor for crying out loud, of course he's going to be a country treasure. Same with the other actors who played him in the past.
