I never even noticed Jesy’s weight until I saw the comments. When I was younger, I remembered her as the funny one and I also remembered her for having an amazing stage presence.
Exactly! She has always been gorgeous to me. And those comments made me so upset as all the girls are different and people compare them to each other.

Anne Day we don’t say “why did you have to say you’re a huge fan” because questioning positivity isn’t normal. Feeling the need to make it known that you are not a fan of someone is like saying, “oh I love those shoes! Your outfit isn’t great though...” The latter part of the statement is negative and unnecessary. It’s perfectly fine for this person to not be a fan, we all like what we like. But it’s 100% unnecessary to say it.

Jesy literally saved my life, and I wish I was able to tell her that. I still struggle with anorexia and depression, but when I watched her documentary, it was extremely bad. It really helped me. I started talking to people and getting therapy. I’m doing better than I think I ever really did before. Love u Jesy ❤️😩

It’s such a shame people treated her like that... when I first saw her, I wanted to be like her. She is so beautiful inside and outside
I never thought the online bullying was still affecting Jesy. I thought it was just an X Factor thing because after the show, she just looked so confident all the time and she (along with the other girls) would always say interviews that you just got to be you cause people are always gonna have an opinion. I never in my wildest dreams thought she was still going through this dark thing and it breaks my heart that she was going through it. That just goes to show you that anybody can be going through something no matter how confident and happy they look on the outside. Jesy you are a strong and beautiful Queen! Don’t let anybody take that away from you!

Sorry im not sure where there is a link i just seen on one of the many binge little mix videos i do now and then that she openly spoke about the struggle she faced with it and her turning point was when she was in hospital and seeing her family be sad for her

this interviewer is my absolute favourite, he constantly blows my mind with the comfortable atmosphere and genuine questions. all of these stories are so empowering and each celebrity helping bring light to situations such as these are incredible for doing so. Jesy is so beautiful and deserves so much love and i am incredibly proud of how far she has come 🥰
I cannot believe that some people think they have the right to put someone down and shame them. Especially when they are targeting the most successful, talented, and beautiful (inside and out) individuals. Little Mix is made up of four extremely talented young women who have worked so hard to achieve what they have achieved and yet they are never given enough credit and are constantly bashed by the media and trolls. I hope there comes a day (in the near future) when people are treated they way they deserve to be treated and people choose to treat others with kindness.
People love to attack others (mostly women) to try to push them off that high pedestal they're on and take the power that they have. But I'm happy for women (especially Little Mix) for staying strong and not letting that happen

This sounds so backwards because I will endlessly blame those bullies for the fact that she left Little Mix, but I have to say I'm also really happy for her that she was able to make that decision for herself. I miss her so much, and I wish things had never come to this, but it really seems like it was an incredibly important step in her healing process. Love her so much

The fact that she took time and effort to speak up about her own personal issues says a lot about the beautiful soul she has. Jesy has no idea how many lives she could and are changing by taking this huge and (I assume) uncomfortable step. Going public and reveling her issues and demons mustn’t be easy but she did it in such a beautiful way. I’m so sorry that she had to go through such hard times during what should’ve been the best years of her life. She took her experience and what she gone through and made this beautiful documentary to raise awareness on this serious issue that may cause real damage on somebody else’s life. I’m seriously so incredibly proud of Jesy. She now accepts herself and has come a long way and has no clue how many people - including myself - she is helping by being honest and sharing her truth. I love her endlessly.
When I first saw a little mix music video I saw Jesy and I thought she was super pretty and I wanted to look like her.

As someone who experienced bullying at school, I think people develop empathy later in life. However, those who are adults, who bully others, (aka Katie Hopkins) I just think, what or who traumatized her so much as a child, she felt compelled to troll and bully Jesy online?
She was one of many, but she was an adult and should have known better, and seems to stir up controversy in order to keep her name relevant.

It´s so heartbreaking to see how social media made her feel self-conscious about her appearance, and yet there are millions of people who want to be like her. Personally, Jesy is the embodiment of how I want to be when I grow up, not only because of her body but also because how inspirational she is to me.
