@@SmartWizzard Personal preference toh meri 300 ke against hai. It has 180mm GC, which is barely enough to qualify as an SUV. Then, its engines seem a little stressed out on paper. They are squeezing their engines for performance. Usually, it's a fine balance of performance, reliability and efficiency. Maruti Toyota are heavy on reliability and efficiency. Thus, not great on performance. Kia, Hyundai are pretty balanced in all 3 areas. Mahindra are all out performance, which means, that you may not get decent fuel efficiency and reliability out of their engines. Their 2.2 diesel are solid options though. but 300 is a C segment car made to fit in B2 segment for tax advantages. In that regard, it's underpriced. Unlike Kushaq, which looks like a Sub4m car but costs like a Seltos with fewer features. My personal recommendation would be Kia Sonet. It offers features from a segment higher and isn't overpriced like the Nexon. Also feature distribution is outstanding. Any variant you pick, you'll get most of the must-have features.

Awesome video man. Sharing my tip here - We went for window shopping and projected ourselves as non serious buyers. In the meantime we checked their inventory on what models they had. After that we negotiated the deal on the cars kept in inventory and got a sweet discount. Also all quarter ends are considered good Dry periods for all unpopular cars.
Hi Mahesh, I remember seeing your name in Team-BHP. I am sure you are a member there. I am too. Anyways, a good video. Will sure read the suggested book.
@@rajabhik considering the cars you showed interest in, how frequently are they following up? How eager do they appear to sell the car or a particular car? we don't know how much is too much. But we know the inventory is more than it ought to be if they are too eager to keep pressing on for a sale or booking. Another thing you can do is just ask. Among the cars and variants you are interested in, what all is available for ready delivery.
One of my relatives wanted to purchase seltos petrol in Feb to March 2023 but seeing the prices they were going to move forward with base variant or grand vitara something like that. We got a news that car from December 2022 Production were on discounts So negotiated heavily on that. Also we use bluff that from xyz dealer we have got this low price deal ,either quote lower than that or match it After enquiring from too many showrooms and cross bluffing each other we got a deal for Seltos htx petrol at around 1.5 lakhs discount in MH. While we were working on disocunt offers on Maruti Nexa cars recently for the website, I noticed something shocking. And it wasn't about the Jimny, which buyers can probably get for 3L below launch price BTW with half decent negotiation skills. The Vitara's Sigma was also on offer. That's already a good value. Even the Baleno Zeta with discounts is cheaper than its 1.5 year old launch price. I'm thinking, I might buy something too next year if this buyer's market continues.
I have used some of these techniques when my friend took with him as he wanted to buy a new car. Instead of Exter, I pushed him for not only venue but venue Nline which was not on waiting (Dry leverage) got discounts on car insurance, car accessories and grabbed a better deal not from the first showroom but from the second one. V3 cars: To U boss , always huge respect and love ❤ your dedication is awsome man. I personally, bought 2car TATA Nexon creative plus and i20 with excellent deal and negotiation. 🙏 Confidently, by seeing the suggestion of "V3 cars".
On both cars, what was the quoted price in the first meeting? What did you get in the end? Basically the gap is because of the skill improvement. I'm interested in finding out what you managed to get extra because of these learnings. To see if they are easy to apply for others or not. Thanks.
Very much informative video in a very easy to understand language. Hope these tricks will help me get a good deal when I will decide to buy a new car. Good job.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I'm confident that these tips will help you. I recently purchased a car and I strictly wanted to adhere to the process outlined here to see if another car buyer can get a decent deal or not. I followed the process by the 'book' and got a nice deal, which exceeded the target I had in my mind. Just make sure that when you get the new car, share with me any problems you faced during the process, any new ideas that may have popped in your mind and the discount you managed to get. i'm interested in learning from your experience. A lot of it also depends on the market cycles. I shopped in a luke warm market at best. Whereas the late 2021-mid 2023 time was a hot and high demand market. So, it's not important how much discount you score, but how much extra you got because of your improved skill. Cheers!
I have to be honest here, Throughout my youtube journey for years, this is the most detailed & practical video I have ever watched about negotiating and getting new cars with best deals. kudos to the presenter and his team... This was so helpful... adding on I am planning to buy a car by upcoming Nov. 2024... I don't have friend with such a great car knowledge & negotiating ability... I wonder if I can take you along with me.. :) Please feel free to reach out to me... It would be so great to connect with you over all platforms.
Good to know that you found it useful. The accompanying friend doesn't need to be a car expert. As long as they are not emotionally attached to the car you love, that's enough. Because they won't be in a rush to agree to the initial offer. I had used these techniques in 2014, so, I was a little skeptical if these would work in current conditions. But when shopping for a car early in 2024, I decided to strictly follow these steps to see if any common person can get a decent discount or not. I decided to not use anything special. With these steps only, I managed to move from the initial offer of about 45k to around 1.5L. So, i'm more confident of these steps now than at the time of publishing this video. Just don't rush to a decision. and if you miss a good offer, don't rush to a decision to avoid the agony of missing potentially missing out on the offer. And don't forget to let me know how much you manage to move the needle from initial offer to final offer. That's my only reward. Good luck

A lot of car manufacturers bring hundreds of models, with modern automation and comforts. This era of working is prone to health issues like cervical and lumber issues due to continuous sitting especially for IT professionals and researches and also those who have to sit for long period of time. These companies however design the seats just opposite to the need of changed situation and not suited to the new working culture. Most of the cars are designed with bucket type seats which again deteriorate the health of customers (disease bought at the cost of their own money). I am very keen to buy a car which is manufactured with ergonomically suitable for back and neck but only due to the bucket type seat I refrain from buying PAIN. Time has come for automobile manufacturers to put more efforts in R & D /designing best suitable straight seats.
Thanks. I have that effect on ladies. hehehe I have done this before. it was late in 2020, when a lady, who happened to be a decision maker in choosing a new car said that my article had changed her opinion, and she chose the car i was recommending. That incidence has become the highlight of my writing career. Since automobile is an industry, which is thoroughly dominated by men --- from concept -> design -> sales -> purchase -> driving -> maintenance -> resale
100% correct all these negotiation skills will help. Few already i did i do follow your other tips as well. Nice video worth watching anyone can save some hard earnings with this useful tips
i read a comment a few days ago that someone actually got a nice deal for a relative without haggling becuase of #11. that's why i find it worth the time and effort we put into building and nurturing relationships.

Very good video. Thanks. I visited MG showroom for purchase of Astor Shine. Neither the company nor the car has much of a demand in the market. Since I have been driving for more than 20 years, I asked him not to discuss the technical aspects, which I know very well, but the price aspect. He quoted an on road price of Rs 14.00 lakhs. Refused to give any kind of discount, deal or bonus. He is confident perhaps, because Lucknow does not have any other dealer for MG. So dealer competition is applicable for metro cities only. Now I am re-examining my options for other brands...
i had paid 2k for booking with one dealer but the other dealer gave me such good offer that I didn't bother closely following up for refund. agar jada bada booking amount nahi diya hai toh try kar lo kya pata booking se jada ka offer hi mil jaye. phir refund ko aaram se dekh lene
You feeling like I helped is not enough to make me feel like I helped. You have tell me how far you managed to take the dealer from the selling price they quoted upfront in your first meeting. That's my trophy. While I appreciate your complements, they don't tell me if I managed to bring a meaningfully positive change in your life. Good luck with your buying journey.
Good one. You would have said about transferring no claim bonus to new car insurance. Most of rhe dealers sell a new insurance without considering existing NCB
Since neither I nor anyone in my circle have used this, So I didn't want to include it in this video. But, you're right. Once I gain better understanding around it, I'll include in the article. You can find the link in the pinned comment. That one will get updates as and when i learn more tricks.
Kudos to V3cars..👏👏👏 this should be circulated in big numbers so that who so ever is interested in buying a car can use this point to point vlog.... it's going to be helpful to many of my friends...
Can you do a dedicated video demonstrates Car buying Process in showroom. How to apply car loan from banks ? How to take external insurance? And what is the sequence actions? I feel like this content is missing in RUclips.
Noted. But showroom is a tall task. We can't shoot on dealer premises without their consent. Especially, when we're educating viewers how they can rip off the dealer.
This one is really a very helpful video. I am sure it will help not just only buying a car, with other high value assets as well. Thanks for the well scripted tips.
Excellent Video. But this only works for the car which are already in low demand and dealers already having in their dead stock. If you try to buy a car which has just launched for ex Tata Curvv (Creative+S Petrol DCT) or Mahindra 3X0 (AX5L TGDI AT) then not a single dealer would give a single rupee discount on the Ex showroom price.
If we approach car buying like gol gappe (jab man kare tab kharidne chalte hain), then we're not only losing money we probably can afford to lose, but we're also making everything expensive for those who can't afford it but need it. I just don't buy it if I am not getting a crazy deal. That's why I always end up with flop vehicles --- Nano AMT, Beat D, Navi, Impulse. it has to be meticulous, and planned a year in advance --- at least. it's good that you're engaging in a longer buyer journey.
I used your tips and currently negotiating on a c segment sedan and able to grab 1.5 L discount so far but I have not closed the deal there is still scope. Thank you!
It's not all on us though. Kuch discount toh aap bina video dekhe bhi shayad nikal lete. I hope it provided you a structured approach to car buying process. Happy hunting!
Wow, next year i am gonna buy a new car or bike but in exclusive range. I was on a lookout for genuine advice and nuggets of experience. Thanks a tom. Is there a way to contact or communicate with you ? A forum maybe like team-bhp ?
Mujhe bhi maza aaya isse banate time. It was a totally new form of content we were presenting on our channel and didn't know how you and other audience would react. thankfully, it earned unanimous appreciation.
Point 1 is totally wrong… whether you register a car in Jan… the resale market always sees the Manufacturing Date which is present is RC… I have purchased VW Taigun at very negotiable price on Dec 29, 2021 and registered my car in Jan2022 but still the Manufacturing Date in my RC is still Dec2021 😅 So when i’ll try to sell my car, it will always be considered as Dec2021 model and not Jan2022 one 😊
It's not about the resale market. It's about the car buyers. They certainly prefer buying in Jan. That's why the demand is low in Dec. Plus the month end, quarter end, calendar year end. That's why we have heavy discounts in Dec. You can't get the same discount on Dec 28 and Jan 3. I'm saying this from experience.
@@maheshy1 you can get the same discount or even more in Jan/Feb if the manufacturing year is previous one… Also in Luxury Cars even manufacturing months are counted in negotiations… I brought a Mercedes in Nov2018, but the available car has manufacturing month April2018, so i clearly asked the dealer to give me a car atleast manufactured within 1-2 month of my purchase which was possible but he even offered additional discount for the April2018 car…
@@kingcharles275 Of course. But there's less pressure on dealer for quarterly, monthly and yearly targets. In Dec we have a stronger hand. The next season to close the deal comes in March.

Number 11 i tried. And my brother in law got the best offer atleast saved 40k from any other dealership. But all these work good when u have multiple dealership. E.g MG ka humare city me 1 hi he. To obviously they will not negotiate much for new cars as well
1 baar ki baat hai, connect with distant outlets as well for negotiation. it's okay to travel a bit far for the purchase. the discounts are often more than worth the hassle and cost of travelling.
counter attack is: don't drop prices = don't sell = high inventory levels = ab toh bechna padega jaise marji becho = counter attack failed haha. as long as we're in a shrinking economy, like right now, there's not much they can do.
Iss channel ko chhodo, pure youtube par nahi milega aisa maal laake dunga. Just be careful consuming it. My content may carry a heavy dose of my personal opinion. Hehehe.
You genius bro every trick on car buying guide you have covered... I was planning to buy Honda elevate should I exchange my I20 2005 model or should I buy different one current I20 value is 3 L 70 k on car 24 without exchange
No exchange discounts on Elevate. You're getting decent price for your car from cars24. May be cross shop with spinny and some local used car dealers. And close it at 4 lakh. If you got 3.7L quote in first visit, then 4 lakh should be doable with some work.

The only video on RUclips who can satisfy one's heart
Good luck
Nicely narrated.. thanks for the tips!

An amazing video with a proper information set. Great work for content writing and presentation.
Start various channels on various topics....with this strategy exactly......i damn sure...all channles will grow very fastly and people too will get best knowledge
I subscribed an 'automobile' channel, this itself is a mark of wholesome content creation. Kudos to the team, keep it up 👏
Thanks. I have that effect on ladies. hehehe
I have done this before.
it was late in 2020, when a lady, who happened to be a decision maker in choosing a new car said that my article had changed her opinion, and she chose the car i was recommending. That incidence has become the highlight of my writing career. Since automobile is an industry, which is thoroughly dominated by men --- from concept -> design -> sales -> purchase -> driving -> maintenance -> resale
Hats off Sir…really loved the way you explained with etiquettes and points…became a fan…where can i see more videos of yours specially Sir?

100% correct all these negotiation skills will help. Few already i did i do follow your other tips as well. Nice video worth watching anyone can save some hard earnings with this useful tips
Excellent video.... The contents were crystal clear and very prompt. Very enriching i must say .... The satire in the end was epic ... 👌
I'm glad you liked it.
Tip 11 is mind blowing....very well though!!!
i read a comment a few days ago that someone actually got a nice deal for a relative without haggling becuase of #11. that's why i find it worth the time and effort we put into building and nurturing relationships.
I must say this was the best video i have seen on NEGOTIATIONS.......YOU ARE RIGHT AT THE TOP....SALUTE TO YOU !!
Thanks for your kind and encouraging words.
Well done brother, very well explained.
Best video for new car buyers 😊
The explanation from you guy’s is also like a pro , you guys pass on a very good information . Please start with English language as well so it will understand for each and everyone.
For now, we have website for english and YT for hindi speaking audience. If you want to share it with someone, you can refer the link in the pinned comment to the article on this same topic
Sir, go for VW Taigun, far better than others

nice one sirji, i'm gone used those technics near future while buying my dream car ... TATA HARRIER
itni jaldi toh kuch kaam nahi karega kyuki demand high hogi. give it some time to cool off the demand. then try it.

Superb !! I have personally used a few techniques and boy ! They work.
thanks for confirmation. all the more reason for other viewers to trust the process.
i just booked a car today, kaash I would have seen this video yesterday. somehow I got the video today in recommendation.
i had paid 2k for booking with one dealer but the other dealer gave me such good offer that I didn't bother closely following up for refund.
agar jada bada booking amount nahi diya hai toh try kar lo kya pata booking se jada ka offer hi mil jaye. phir refund ko aaram se dekh lene
This video was saved in my list for such a long time. Amazing🎉

Amazing video. Very nicely presented. Thanks
Yes and it carries through the years. It’s a huge benefit in subsequent years if there are no claims.
Since neither I nor anyone in my circle have used this, So I didn't want to include it in this video. But, you're right. Once I gain better understanding around it, I'll include in the article. You can find the link in the pinned comment. That one will get updates as and when i learn more tricks.
Very good tricks. I will use this trick. 😊
Awesome video! Thnx for sharing the great information!
Kudos to V3cars..👏👏👏 this should be circulated in big numbers so that who so ever is interested in buying a car can use this point to point vlog.... it's going to be helpful to many of my friends...

Superb Sir, Let's Begin For My Up Coming New Car Sonet Vs Vanue.. In Dec 2023.
If you try to buy a car which has just launched for ex Tata Curvv (Creative+S Petrol DCT) or Mahindra 3X0 (AX5L TGDI AT) then not a single dealer would give a single rupee discount on the Ex showroom price.
right. in that case, there's room to negotiate on some accessories or on waiting period.
Excellent video. Given me something to work on for my new car.
Appreciate your efforts, it saves thousands of rupees of consumers. Great initiative V3 Cars
Awesome video
Great presentation with great content
End of the day it goes on how well you can approach and your negotiation skills ..🎉
bingo. and the negotiation skills are totally transferrable to other aspects of life --- personal as well as professional.
Very Informative and Useful, 6th Point was Epic🤣🤣

Great video! I really find it helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Very well articulated, people buy from the people they like and vice versa.
yup! That human aspect is important in any negotiation.
Awesome, genuine , mazza aa gaya
Mujhe bhi maza aaya isse banate time. It was a totally new form of content we were presenting on our channel and didn't know how you and other audience would react. thankfully, it earned unanimous appreciation.
Mashallah. Great sharing. God bless you
How can one bargain on ex showroom price? I thought that price cannot be changed as it comes from the manufacturer
that's just the sticker price.
Point 1 is totally wrong… whether you register a car in Jan… the resale market always sees the Manufacturing Date which is present is RC…
I have purchased VW Taigun at very negotiable price on Dec 29, 2021 and registered my car in Jan2022 but still the Manufacturing Date in my RC is still Dec2021 😅
So when i’ll try to sell my car, it will always be considered as Dec2021 model and not Jan2022 one 😊
@@maheshy1 you can get the same discount or even more in Jan/Feb if the manufacturing year is previous one…
Also in Luxury Cars even manufacturing months are counted in negotiations…
I brought a Mercedes in Nov2018, but the available car has manufacturing month April2018, so i clearly asked the dealer to give me a car atleast manufactured within 1-2 month of my purchase which was possible but he even offered additional discount for the April2018 car…
@@kingcharles275 Of course. But there's less pressure on dealer for quarterly, monthly and yearly targets. In Dec we have a stronger hand. The next season to close the deal comes in March.
unknowingly I also tried the second point just recently apne distributor ko le ke Gaya tha sath mein 😂😊
will thy offer the discount up to the showroom price sir or even lesser ?
after more than 1 year i liked a yt video..... ❤
Once again great content from V3cars..
Got ~1.3lakhs discounts on road from honda & didn't get even follow up call from Mahindra for 3xo 😂

I find the City an extremely comfortable car for cruising along the highways and enjoying long drives.
Congrats. Enjoy your super cruiser.
Number 11 i tried. And my brother in law got the best offer atleast saved 40k from any other dealership.
But all these work good when u have multiple dealership. E.g
MG ka humare city me 1 hi he. To obviously they will not negotiate much for new cars as well
1 baar ki baat hai, connect with distant outlets as well for negotiation. it's okay to travel a bit far for the purchase. the discounts are often more than worth the hassle and cost of travelling.
Please tell about insurance from Showroom or online...
Now even sales men know this trick, they will have counter attack on us because of this video
counter attack is: don't drop prices = don't sell = high inventory levels = ab toh bechna padega jaise marji becho = counter attack failed
haha. as long as we're in a shrinking economy, like right now, there's not much they can do.
This is an highly under rated channel
thanks mate

You genius bro every trick on car buying guide you have covered... I was planning to buy Honda elevate should I exchange my I20 2005 model or should I buy different one current I20 value is 3 L 70 k on car 24 without exchange
No exchange discounts on Elevate. You're getting decent price for your car from cars24. May be cross shop with spinny and some local used car dealers. And close it at 4 lakh. If you got 3.7L quote in first visit, then 4 lakh should be doable with some work.
Very informative and useful.
