Oh my goodness! I live in America, but when we moved into our current home, the previous home owners decided to update all the appliances, so we have all Samsung appliances in our kitchen. The oven sings to us when it’s preheated, when an alarm goes off, when the foods done. It’s always singing. And the dishwasher sings too. The first time my aunt and her husband heard it, it was late at night and they freaked out because it was kinda creepy I guess 😂
omg this is my dream home! i dont live in korea, nor am i even close to the age to move out.. but me and my friend always wanted to move there! Its so unique and has such a cultural diffrence from where i live rn. The only problem ill have is the trash system.. I just throw things out not thinking about recycling.. besides that.. i hope that i could move there one day! Welp, ill see around 2023 when i move out!!
What is the company you went through to get this villa? I want a villa exactly like this. Can you send me a link or something like that? Beautiful home.😁
okay.... this is my dream place to live omg 😯 is it weird I watch apartment tour videos and imagine myself living there and what i'd do...... 😂 anyway, beautiful place 💜
You have the most modernized villa-it’s spacious and beautiful! Please let’s see the finishing of your furniture! Hope it arrives! You have a kind and generous owner!
I was born in seoul. Of course I live in seoul now. Seoul aptment price is rapidly high for year. You have to pay approximately over 2000 usd a month in seoul. But lots of koreans want to rent a aparment by a lease; It is 500,000 usd by average cost a two year. If you want live in rich place like gangnam; 1,000,000usd is a minimum by a lease. If you choose a place where a suburb of seoul, cost will be down. There are many apartment at surburb of seoul 1 hour disrance by car. New building apartment is expensive more than old house. In my case, I made a contract 300,000usd a two year by a lease in seoul. Because My aptment was built 18years ago. Also you can rent a small villa by lower price than apartment.
I have to agree with the gas stove cooking the food better. The induction ones cooks fast, so if you want to heat something up, that's good. But for cooking a good meal, definitely gas.
Tip: (teeth are the color of your bones (ivory) so don't judge too harshly ) Baking soda and water. Make it pasty. Add to your current brushing. Eliminate staining foods like coffee if possible because that does a HUGE number on teeth. Also baking soda helps your mouth stay healthy too!
Rose Girl yea we live south of Seoul (about an hour away). The ones in Seoul I’ve been to have been slightly smaller. There might be some there about that size though!
Places in the US have gas stoves too, but electric does seem to be more common here. Gas is better than electric for sure though! You have way more control over the temperature.
seriously goals! this is the nicest villa ive seen. i am very curious about how much the key money is and rent is for this type of place. im assuming youre outside of seoul since in the city they seem to be smaller than this.
Here in America They don't have Future technology They never release technology in the public around the world in the United States of America They always living back in the pass from 1989s
@JAMESMANOFFLINE ...we have it here (Future technology, smart houses, etc.) in America. You just have to be real close to being part of the 1% in order to afford it. 😂
@@jaigee6678 You are right and He is also right. American people don't even know how poor average Americans are compared to the other rich countries. Americans are brainwashed that they are the only rich group.
Any tips on finding an apartment this nice? I’m from the US and am thinking about moving to Korea, so things like finding an apartment there can be a bit harder to do 😅
Ngozi E Excellent! I’d recommend asking for a modern place with an open concept kitchen, and lots of lighting and closet space. That’s the criteria we told our realtor when we were looking for a place. Hope this helps!
The master bathroom is built like Japanese ones so you wash your body with the outer shower head and then soak your clean body in the tub as a relaxing type thing
You are unable to drink from the tab in most counties in Europe and Asia. It's because of the chemicals and other things that get in the water. It's just over not good for you plus tastes horrible.
My washing machine plays a little tune when the load is done. When I open the lid to take the clothes out, it plays a brief burst. My dryer can 'sing' too, but I have the feature turned off on it, lol.
I really wish the US took notes on how to build family size apartments 😭
😂 too bad there not all about family
Gas stove DEFINITELY makes the food tastes better
Jillen J as a Mexican who likes to burn tortillas on the gas stove I don’t understand electric stove at all!!

Pst the water is drinkable here, Korean's are just super health conscious and prefer purifiers.
It's the same in my country too
I was curious about this... Cool.
Really? Good to know
How did you find your apartment, just curious since it’s hard to find a place like that ?
Wow this place looks really expensive to rent! It’s beautiful though. Thank you for sharing.

Super nice apartment. Love how modern it is. I would've liked to get a better sense of the layout though.

My mom: YOU CAN'T SING! SHUT UP😑

Born and raised in California and every house or apartment I've lived in has had gas stoves. Same with most of my family and friends.
The living room is huge. Are you going to do another video once the furniture is in?
kris Sharp working on it ☺️
3:53 Dryer's sound can be turned off if the song bother you. it should be in the manual or google it. :)
Where do you live??? Is it a smaller city? Or are in Seoul villas/houses/Apartments that are as big as your villa?

Looking at the garbage bag, she is in Pyoungtaek, Gyounggi-do.

It is so spacious!!! Have a wonderful life and make beautiful happy memories there!!!😊
I don’t know if you will reply bc I’m so late, but what part of Korea is this in?
definitely not typical. You're normally lucky if you get a table and a chair
Aha my dryer does that too! It used to irritate me but now I find it pretty helpful and nice.
That’s the first time I’ve seen a dryer in any Korean home tour I’ve seen! Even on I live alone lol all those celebs hang their clothes
I live in america and my stove is gas n my washer n dryer sing to me lol. But i guess its cause its samsung lol
You have good taste in appliances :D
I need to make sure I get a Samsung from now on 😄
@@middleofsomewhere444 my washing machine makes the EXACT same sound when it's done.😃😄
😂 you guys lucky my laundry room in a garage. Washer and dryer far away from each other like the last owners wanted me to do exercise.
We have those washers and dryers in our B&B! They play the same song too. 😊
Wow, great place! Thank you for showing it to us. 감사합니다
I like the apartment. Very nice to live. Do you have a floorplan of your villa?

Did you have to put a key deposit down? If so how much was it?
I thought recycle was organized like that in america as well....i think all europe does it like that or at least italy
Uhm, the singing washing machine is rather common back home in south africa as brands such as Samsung, LG and so forth exist in the appliance market.
The rooms are so spacious.
Yes gas is best for cooking. Wish I had it beautiful apt

What website do you use to find an apartment in Korea ? Please tell me I would like to know
What it costs?
Is it Incheon?
My washing mashine does the same tune when it ends
Nope. Not just you. I have the same feeling about electric cooking.
Just look typical Korean house, but it looks older, inconvenient, and of so much cheaper house compared to those sold in the cities.
Where is this, and how much? I must know!

My washer, dryer, and dishwasher all sing that lolol
