Developed as a sequel to Hideaki Sena's synonymous novel, Parasite Eve was published by Square in 1998 for PlayStation.

I think this game is still among my top favorite games. I replayed it a lot making really insane guns. I did use the guide as a kid and personally I think it enhances the experience. I do think that unless you replay the game at keast once then you probably won't get the most out of it. That's just my opinion. This was a fair video and I really enjoyed it.
Great video Leon. Parasite eve is my favorite ps1 game. The chrysler building in newgame+ has a challenging 77 floors with new bosses, enemies, weapons, armor and real ending if you're interested in something like that.

This is a real beautiful looking game. It might be rough around the edges but one day I still want to try playing it for myself.
i faced the same issues with my play though, i ran out of ammo on day 5 fighting the centipede. forcing me to go back to a previous save. Even then i still struggled with the boss, having PE powers seems useful but you only end up using a couple abilities in the game anyways. I really did enjoy the game but playing it in current year makes all the rough points impossible to ignore.
