I love the definition ....as sparkly as possible, lol. Yes, keep doing bead briefs if you can. It's always interesting to understand what we buy and what we are working with. I love all your videos.
Thank you for the deep dive. I have kind of understood the differences, but I will be much more comfortable explaining the differences with my customers. Thanks again!😊
Thank you so much for this explanation. I am a new bead box subscriber and love the beads. Such great quality and a really good price. Thank you for your research and vetting your vendors. I look forward to many more bead boxes in the future.
Hello Lauren. I love your tutorials. They are very informative, and I find myself looking at products with a different eye when I shop at my local hobby stores. I would always buy from your store for better quality beads because I know you provide us with the best. Thank you.🤩
Thank you so much for addressing this! Lately I had been confused with the opaque crystals - so now I understand they are crystals because of the faceting!
So much wonderful information! Thanks to Lauren's integrity I never worry about having a reaction to some of the 'monkey metal' out there. I am a big fan of bling and sparkle but I do enjoy a bit of the matte finish. It seems to make polished and metallic components sparkle a bit brighter. I know many beaders are into bead-weaving with tiny beads so it's not wise to shop specifically for one client. Personally I am a fan of 6/0s in bright jewel-tone colors. Clear glass with metallic lined center holes. Nothing opaque. Also 3/0s. (Nothing pastel. Deep rich teal, magenta, cobalt blue, AB, red, copper, gold, silver, black, purple, etc.) I look forward to more Bead Briefs. Important pearls-of-wisdom that makes us better-informed consumers. Thank you Lauren!
I'm not sure about beads, but years ago I read decorative that high end crystal, like barware, should never have visible bubbles if any at all. Glassware on the otherhand is more forgiving with bubbles. I think it has to do with the gases they use during manufaturing..old article, can't remember the full deets.
Thank you so much for always teaching the what’s what in beautiful beads. I’ve learned a lot so far!! 😊 I have question! Do or have you ever had seed beads in the monthly box or on your website? I’m trying to build a seed bead stash and I just know your prices would be fantastic!
