    wow these hurt more than regular squats because its like time over tension..! ill do it this over normal squats with no weights of course

      Gucci Boy I've done these once or sometimes twice a week. Tkd since fifteen. One kick ko on here. Video - "Darians first ko " it works. I'm about to return to the ring.
