I have never owned an amend 2 mag that i was happy with. Lots of double feeds. Their 6.5 gren mags suck gnards especially
I grabbed 2 of their g43 mags so far no problems
Damm, im looking for a good grendel mag. I have two ASC mags and neither feed in my grendel

@@patrickkearney8774 I got super lucky with my ASC Grendel mags, I bought six to go with my upper and the only time I ever had a single issue was when I tested the rifle on the magazine to kind of use it as a monopod. It shifted position just enough that the bolt didn't pick up the next round correctly.
Aside from one wonky mishap I had zero complaints.

Not buying the stock setup at all. Very few people actually change around their setup once the get it how they want it, and why start adding in more tolerance stacking on a platform designed and mainly focused on accuracy? Big money is spent on eliminating failure points and variables om competition rifles, not adding more in
I got 10 Amend 2 mags for like $70 back when I was building my first AR. I didnt know better.
I bought 6 amend magazines. 2 of them fed properly for a few mags worth. Then they started double feeding and binding on each other at the neck.
Amend = inoperable.
I wish the mag patterns wrapped 360 around the mag. instead of pattern just applied on the left and right only.
Torque spec was a good question. He didn’t pick up on how important that was to people who would consider a chassis system. He should have answered it.
I'll pay that much when they come out and say they've improved thier spring tension and polymer makeup beyond pmag quality. Otherwise I'll just keep paying $20 for Gen 1 &2 pmags
You pay $20 for gen 2 pmags? You are getting riped off bro. You can easily find them online for $10. At palmetto state armories stores they have them for the same price.

Your out of your mind at 25$ for admin mags ..8.99$ is to much I mean 15-27$ to have stickers and paint ? ..its baffling
Lancer color mags that work are 13-15$ ..just hope that msrp and there 12$ cause its crazy to me ..
Or you can do your own stencils and spray paint the ones you have for like less than ten yucks

What about the upgrade process for all the previous generations of these mags that have had feeding issues, drop and break/heat cracking issues, fitment issues? Why ANYONE would spend their money on anything other than PMAGS and or USGI metal mags is beyond me? I don't care what color you paint the mags, if they're generally not good mags to begin with... Seriously people, save that money and buy PMAGS and USGI Mags.

Only thing ive ever bought, and will buy, from Amend2 is their 365 mag compatible 320 frame. Less for actual use and more for the reference collection.

I bought 6 when the company was new. They fed okay but had sharp edges so I sold them and never looked back.

Amend 2 mags are dogshit
At least it's not Promag or Thermold. I bought a couple 20 rounders at a time when everyone was gouging on 30s and they work ok. I prefer the 20 round mags as I generally shoot prone off a bipod and rear bag.
