wow that’s crazy. i watch this tutorial one time and now i’ve mastered drawing eyes instantly and cam draw them from any angle. He was right when he said this is the only eye tutorial you’ll need
Other people: finishes it without screaming or crying me: okay, draw a circle, draw a plus, and draw some eyes. **messes up on eyes** Me: I give up, my stupidass left hand
Practice really makes perfect and of course patience. Some takes 5 years to really draw perfectly. Thank you for the tutorial. The eyes you drew is really my style.
i love how you remind that we (viewers) can choose our own ways or style bec in some tutorials they will directly teach you their ways and ofc as you said we all have our own ways. this video is a rly rly big help!! thank u!
I’ve always wanted to draw manga like this and I honestly can’t believe how much this has helped me! Amazing work keep it up you’re a huge inspiration.
As someone who has been just starting to draw manga, I found this tutorial extremely helpful. You explained everything so well, and you just got right to the point! I love this so much, I was able to do good on my first try just by following your simple steps. Thank you, I can not explain how helpful this was to me! Thank you for sharing this. I hope you have a great day! Thank you! ♡
Pretty out of place on an eye tutorial vid, but you inspire me, man. Trying to start my own manga series and I've been binging your videos trying to learn as much as I can from you. Stay motivated, man! Your inspire people!
OMG thank you so much for uploading this video. Not only did it help me draw my eyes way better it also helped me find my art style. So thank you sooooo much.
Seriously thank you so so much. When I usually follow tutorials I always absolutely beat myself up because they don't look exactly like the drawing in the tutorial but in this one I am truly satisfied with the set of eyes I drew and did not feel the pressure to make them exactly the same. I felt simply safe to create what I wanted to, thank you
I really want to get into the drawing world and incorporate into my photography. I saw the thumbnail and said "easy"....then watched the video and instantly changed my mind🤣. Love your work. 💯
Thank you so much for this! I was having a hard time figuring where I should put eyebrows and if I could add more eyelashes! This makes me feel better.
You sir have earned yourself a new subscriber! I like how you are easy going during this tutorial and how in depth you are imo! Keep up the good work! c:
I really hope you are still making videos like this! This was the best tutorial I’ve watched and my eyes are near enough spot on! Thank you so much ive subscribed and can’t wait to see your videos! I was beyond frustrated with my eyes 😞🙌🏾❤️
Thanks so much!these are so relaxing. my stress is lower thanks to you! So talented ! I'm learning to draw..maby some 90s cartoon characters would be cool to add..
I really need help knowing where to put in/ color in the flat blacks in my drawings. I’m confused in when and where it’s appropriate to use a flat black for shadows etc. I hope you understand what I mean and if you can, please make a tutorial of this. Keep up the good work!
This was really helpful, now can I draw pretty eyes and I just needed to draw and watch with the tutorial one time. Thank you for making this tutorial this really helped me!
For me it's easier for me to draw the head first so i can get a example of where i want to put everything. But when I'm in sort of an art block, and cant get the proportions of the head right, I start with the hair or the eyes, so I can get a example of what I want the head shape to be. I'm not telling you to do exactly what i did, all im saying is do what ever helps you improve I didnt come up with these solutions overnight. It took a lot of practicing to figure out what helped me the most.
draw head if ya draw hair the face look weird even if you do body first but also eyes bc if you draw eyes you know how big your head should be and head first you know how bug the eyes, smile,or nose should be I recommend both 😆

These help so much! I'm still very new to drawing in general so of course I'm very bad, but these kinds of videos really help me towards my art goal and also just for fun (for context nobody asked for: I want to draw anime fanart - starting with a full-body Kuroo fanart)
This video was very helpful, my dream job rn is designing anime characters and I’ve been taking this time in quarantine to improve on my techniques. You have been very helpful and have earned a sub tysm
Another great video from an amazing series. But I've a question; Drawing eyes, from a close point of view like in this tutorial is better to add details because you've more area to make them. However in the case you wanna make a full proportion body, we don't have this wider area to cover the details. In your video of character sheet you make an good eye and the face looks quite nice, but in my drawings I feel them oversimplified (or with too much details which kinda makes them takes away the harmony of the face.) Sorry for the comments' lenght but I often feel that. How can I improve my face details in a Full body view? Already waiting for another video! :D
You could always try and look for reference when drawing, so you have a better idea of what you are going for. When learning drawing, you might not have an entire perspective on "what is missing", so working with reference to give you ideas is always helpful. If possible, hit the drawing communities and ask for that same kind of feedback, so other students and kind artists can see it and point out better ways to improve. And the best tip of all: practice as often as you can, so you will build your memory library and be able to visualize your goal as you go. Best of luck, and keep us posted!
Has a person who never really draw. How often should I practice drawing? I got this idea for a manga, but my drawing are still at stick figure. I know will it take some time to get at this type of level.
Definitely everyday, even if it just 20-30 minutes. I’m not a pro or anything but I am trying to start to be more consistent and practicing everyday helps.
pro tip, for the first viewing change the speed to .75, and follow along with him. Then try and repeat it again without the video. Finally, follow the tutorial a second time at full speed. Best of luck to all you budding artists!
i wanted to pick up a skill so i started drawing. made the eyes you have shown in the vid with my own style i guess. pretty entertaining. going to draw a lot more.
do you have any tricks for preventing that one sided bias when you're drawing a character that's facing straight at you? everytime i flip it, a side of the face is always slanted and when i flip it back, it looks weird again.
I hope the tutorial helps you all! thanks for all the support!

Go for 30 minutes a day or an hour practice drawing every piece of the body until you see your own style or what looks perfect to u
You should practice for every single day, as my experience and the other artists. It's really the only way to get an improvement ^^
