The colour also absorbs less heat, and is well suited to the humid and tropical weather. I think the rating systems are similar between Philippines and Vietnam - Nora was a category 4.

By this signal make sure we evacuated from danger zones already before night time comes sometimes signal #3 is already strong and local authorities are in panic to scold Filipinos to evacuate 😂 Philippines has changed and elevated the categories in 2020 so people gets fear to really evacuate and not ignore government warnings and liquor ban too for people to prepare, fair mind and not drunk 😂 yeah now I know why yellow is famous.
