    Yes this is very useful thank you so much as a kid I was not taught that confrontation doesn't have to be yelling and screaming it can be just a simple conversation my parents were disrespectful to each other and never taught me respect I don't think they are bad people I feel like they did the best they could with what they knew at the time I'm relearning everything I was taught as a child so I can show up better for my children and my boyfriend because I am healthy and with myself I am developing healthy relationships in all areas of my life thank you ❤

    Do you always have to have a part? Sometimes someone is simply being disrespectful to you and when you bring it up they explode or blame or gaslight. I can see after that point where the person who brought it up is now also in defensive mode, their part. But prior to that, I don't think i agree.
