Last I saw about Duke they said he didn’t enjoy the jumping so Kate was just working on dressage stuff at home. Being at school now I assume Duke probably isn’t up to much than hanging in the field for now.
The plan was that Kate was going to be riding Duke for Dressage, unfortunately, he has not been able to be ridden this year due to him either being lame on and off, or he has injured himself doing something silly in the field and the location of the cut(s) has been somewhere tack would rub, so we had to wait for it to heal. Just as he becomes rideable, something else seems to pop up. She has been able to ride him intermittently this year, but not very much. The vet has been keeping an eye on him with regard to his bouts of lameness, but so far, there is nothing concerning. He is doing well and enjoying life in the pasture these days, and fun rides / light work around the arena when he is up to it.
Oh, i'm glad she bought a mips helmet, they're very safe. The prices in USA and Canada are really very high. In the netherlands, a really small country in west europe, there are like 50 horsetackshops and much more lower prices. There you find good helmets for 150€ to 250€. Because it's like a national sport to have a horse. There are almost 4000 horsecompetitions each year, for about 500K horseriders. And many horseshows without competitions. But you never see hunting.😍
Kate so proud of you! Mom, taking care of family is more important than filming . Great respect!
Did you ever do update on bear emergency??
If you got bags under your eyes those are the best looking bags I've ever seen in my life
Kate good luck with all you do, Thank you all for sharing your day. Take care and all the best .😊😊😊😄👍👍👍👍💖💟

I like the horse show store has nice stuff . The socks are cute.
What a great haul! Hope your show went well. I haven’t seen an update on Duke, is he still being ridden?
