“The joy of the Lord is my strength” Nehemiah 8:10 This was the verse and song going through my head on the way to Sunny’s ultrasound appointment. And it’s the thing now that I’m clinging onto. 🌻
I am so sorry for your losses. I had 3 miscarriages and am currently pregnant (5 months). This is my first time watching you, so idk your full story but please look into the MTHFR gene mutation. Not many doctors believe in it yet, but I found one who did and I changed things this pregnancy to cater to that gene and I do believe why this pregnancy has been successful. I also recommend the book “it starts with the egg”.
Thank you for commenting this! 🩷 I brought that gene up to my new doctor (who is amazing) but she shook her head and said it doesn’t make a difference/not something to look into. However I’ve heard a lot of stories like yours who say it does! What did you end up doing to help with it? So exciting you are 5 months along!!! Congratulations! 🕊️
I’m sure it will be hard to find a doctor to actually test you for that gene, so I would just act as if you do have it since the changes you make will not do any harm in any way. You want to make sure you are avoiding folic acid. A lot of prenatals have this, but you want to look for one that has methylated folate. I take one by Thorne and I also added in an extra dose of their folate supplement called 5-mthf. If you can, also try to go gluten free. A lot of gluten products now add folic acid, but some do not so just watch your labels. Also start taking one low dose aspirin a day and continue through your next pregnancy. As long as you don’t have any blood conditions. My doctor said it will probably get to the point where they are telling every pregnant woman to take low dose aspirin just like they do with prenatals.
@thelaundrychat yes! I've never gone through something so devastating and isolating, 2024 has been truly awful. Such a beautiful tribute to Sunny and inspiring to keep hoping 💕
I'm coming up on 2 years of my divorce after being married for 20 years. Dealing with what wasn't supposed to be has been very difficult. I keep thinking that everyday that passes is a day closer to healing and answered prayer. I know God is close to the broken hearted and crushed in spirit, so I know he's close to us every minute of every day.
I am so sorry. I also experienced two miscarriages before having my baby girl and then I had infertility issues so it took me a while until we got pregnant again. Wishing you the best and trust me you will feel better again. I was at my lowest point in my life when that happened and I started exercising and taking care of myself more. My husband lost over 40lbs and we never felt and looked better after we changed our habits. Thanks for sharing and helping others because a miscarriage is so devastating and taboo to talk about.
Wow! Your story is amazing and SO encouraging to me! 🩷 My husband and I have the same feelings after the second one. We want to really change our whole lives/lifestyle. Every part, physically, mentally, spiritually. I’m excited to see what next year brings. I really hate how miscarriage is taboo to talk about!! So I will keep on talking about it because I think it ridiculous to think any woman suffered through all this alone 😢
Im so sorry, u are brave and you 2 form a beautiful couple. You guys will handle it together. I lost my first baby this month (nov 9). Losing a baby in the womb is feeling death without dying. Its devastating. But our hope remains in the Lord, that never fails, and loves us more than we could ever imagine. Sending you hugs from Brasil. 🫂🌹
Aw wow thank you 🥹 And I am so incredibly sorry for your loss too. It really does feel like that! It’s so hard to continue on everyday and do normal things again. The Lord is faithful, no matter what 🩷 I LOVE Brazil! Sending love and hugs from Wisconsin!!!
I had a miscarriage many years ago. An I could feel your pain with your video. It's a very hard experience. I will always remember the baby I lost. But after I healed became pregnant again, and she is now 35 yrs old. Its hard to make sense why things happen the way they do. An I hope that one day in heaven that I will meet that precious baby I wasn't able to meet here. But don't lose hope. Give yourself time to heal first. An try again, and it can be a different outcome. Wishing you healing. God bless you
Hey, Molly..I'm so very sorry for your loss of your sweet Sunny. I've shared before with you regarding my missed miscarriage and I'm so sorry to find you experiencing it again. I feel your sadness but I also share your hope. I always remind myself that God has a plan for each of us, as hard as it is for us to accept at times. For now, I will pray for you, that you have everything you need to comfort you and that you take time for yourself to heal. You are stronger than you know and you and AJ will get through this together. xx
I’m very sorry for your loss. I suffered two miscarriages after the birth of my first son. After the second miscarriage my doctor had me get a Rhogam shot and I was able to give birth to my other two boys. I had A- type blood and my husband had O+ so the blood incompatibility must have been the reason. Praying everything will go right for you in the future. ❤❤❤
My husband and I have opposite blood types too and I had to get the rhogam after my first miscarriage (and will eventually have to get it again). So I’m pretty sure this is not the reason for our miscarriages but something isn’t working right 😢 I’m so sorry for your losses. It’s so devastating and stays with you forever.
I'm so sorry for your losses. I've had two miscarriages and they were easily the darkest times of my life. As I type I'm rocking my 7 month old rainbow baby. I don't know what God has planned for you, but I will pray that one day He will bless you with a rainbow baby too.
I am so sorry for your loss 🧡I've been trough a misscarriage 3 years ago and have been falling into a deep deep hole. We have been trying and trying but it just wouldn't work. The doctor did find some illnesses inside of me which make it hard for me to get pregnant on my own. We have been starting treatment this year and I will be giving birth this December. Keep up your faith and prayers. It is said that when the little soul is ready for you it will come to you
I’m so encouraged by your story! That’s such a blessing! Congratulations! 👼🏽🤍 We are praying for our miracle too. Hopefully in this time we can find some answers eventually.
“I just miss our baby” 🥺 I’m 6mo post miscarriage and still I whisper this to myself every day. It’s hard to explain the heaviness and pain to others to help them understand, and you desperately want others to understand, but it’s just so heavy and sometimes you just don’t want to talk. Just know I’m right there with you 🤍 I wish we could comfort and hug each other in person. 🌻
I wish we could hug too 🥺 Every person I hug I fall apart all over again. And it’s so so hard for others to understand which can be frustrating. I feel like I’m walking through cement everyday and pretending to be normal.
@ it’s the trying to be normal part for me. It’s such a life altering event and yet still so private and personal. It’s not something I want to share with everyone but yet I don’t want to be dishonest and say that everything is ok and normal. Definitely deep waters to navigate. I don’t know how other people go through this w/out Jesus
This just happened to me for the first time. I feel so incredibly empty. Thank you for sharing and I’m so sorry it has happened to you. I can’t imagine going through something like this without Jesus and feel so sorry for those who don’t believe in him and have to have their heart broken in this way. To wonder where your baby is would be unbearable.
Oh my goodness I am so sorry ❤️🩹 It’s so so sad. My heart hurts for you. I sooo agree with you though. I could not make it through without the Lord. The fact I get to see my babies again in heaven makes me look forward to it like never before, and in a way, makes life more bearable. It’s going to be a great day for both of us 🕊️
Oh I am so so sorry 🥺 Nova is such a beautiful name. I can’t wait to meet them in heaven 🕊️ So comforting knowing that Jesus is holding them until we can. 🩷
I absolutely feel you and I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I cannot watch the video only the first couple of minutes because it is very triggering for me. I think you will have a couple of tests and medical examination and if doctors cannot find the cause I really suggest you to eliminate gluten. Little known fact that gluten intolerance (even if it is hidden) can increase the chance of miscarriage with nearly 70%! Even if you are not gluten intolerant it can be benefitial. I suggest you this because it changed my life. I wish you all the very best and will follow you along with your journey.
I totally understand not being to make it through watching ❤️🩹 And I hadn’t heard of this before with miscarriages! I will definitely look into it. At this point we are going to try anything. Thank you for the advice 🩷
I've come to find that one of the hardest lessons to learn in this mortal existence, is that life happens on His timing and not ours. Your expression of faith at 5:05 is so inspiring. I'm so sorry to both of you for your losses. I hope He blesses you both with peace in the quiet moments and strength in the others. You are not alone in this trial!
Oh my goodness yes. The toughest lesson I’m learning. I’m sooooooo out of control. But it always leads me to the one who IS in control. 🤍 Thank you for your kind words! It’s going to be quite the journey going forward 🕊️
We’ve been wondering if we may need something like that as well. Thankfully we found a good OB who is working with us now. I love hearing success stories like that!!

I'm so sorry 💔 so brave of you to share this, going to help so many people, including me, feel less alone
Thank you 🩷 This is exactly why I share. We are not alone. It feels so isolating.

@@sarahs9802 You are so sweet 😭 Thank you! You too!!!
Thank you for sharing this. Many are going through this right now. ❤
Thank you for watching 🧡 I wish no one ever had to go through this.
Oh sweet girl, I'm so sorry y'all are going through this. Praying for you in this moment.
Thank you so much 🩷 I can’t wait till this year is over
