    I hope you'll like my full day diet plan for weight lose.

      Hello Bushra... portion control kr ky khana zarori hy... ak normal small size ka bowl jo normally hum sweet dish wegera ky liey use krty hain ic sy zada nhi lyna koyi b meal.

    Soup ko agr thick banana ho tou cornflour ke bajaye 1 tbsp oats ka powder thoray se paani mei mix karke soup mei daal den. Soup thick ho jaye ga.

    Diet plan:
    Morning drink
    1 glass of water with Basel seed
    Alternate day
    1 glass of water with ajwain and zeera hot after Boling it
    Breakfast
    Vege omelet & tea/eggs with ww bread
    Oats with nuts small amount
    Snack
    Yogurt with fruits
    Lunch
    Half roti with salan + salad in the beginning then reduce roti eventually
    daal with spoon
    Snack
    Tea with biscuit
    Dinner
    If sleeping early cabbage chicken soup
    Or bean salad( chickpeas+red kidney)
    Or channa chat
    Snack on nuts if hungry
    Night drink
    Cinnamon, clove, black pepper tea

    Amazing diet plan I also loss 15 to 17 kgs in 6 to 8 mothers approximately but I used to do exercise daily and treadmill for half an hour mine diet plan was similar to yours up-to some extent but now it's difficult to maintain same body posture with studies and all where you have to sit mostly so this one I would try for sure May Allah bless you 💟

    i accidently came accross your channal that time i had been suffering from pcods and due to that i got extra 6 kgs. i have been working out at gym and at home for last 4 years to maintain my body even after delivering 3 babies via c section i never let my body weight goes upto 50 kg but suddenly due to pcod my weight scale shot upto 56 kg.. it was burdon for me and i had been tired of having diet deficiency. but after watching your video i started following your diet.. i added lots of salad with my food it kept me full till night and also started cardio and other workout at home.. thanks to you for that diet plan.. now i am within 20 days in my previous shape. feel more confident now

    U lost weight because u r not breast feeding mother. But when u breast feed ur child, u gain weight because u do not have much time to exercise and off course u can't diet.
