I am following intermittent fasting routine since 2 1/2 weeks and drinking 4 liter water , start fasting at 4:15 pm till 10:15 am roughly 18hrs fast and it really worked for me , 10,000 to 11,000 steps daily . I lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks .. thank you for sharing your routine with us ❤
I delivered a baby girl on first july... I always gain 10 + kgs during pregnancies but later on .. and as you said.. My weight shoots up postpartum . May I pls know did you start dieting 6 months after delivery or more. and should we stop feeding our child if we start intermittent fasting?
Get your insulin checked, if it’s high and if you have insulin resistance then it can cause neck and eye or finger knuckles pigmentation. Low carb diet and healthy lifestyle helps to treat insulin resistance.
Pls note that just drinking plain water doesn’t hydrate you but makes your kidneys more than it should but adding essential salts and electrolytes is the key to hydration.

Make fitness your lifestyle, choose balanced diet plan. Manage stress, sleep for 7 to 8 hours, drink plenty of water, start with protein breakfast, do 40 minutes cardio and if weightlifting it works more. Intermittent will work for some months but you cant follow it for life. So choose a diet which you can follow for long run. ❤️❤️
