Yo, after boosting my truck you should add that if you do megasquirt you can delete the top MAF plate and bolt in easier with the elbow. You can delete the MAF and go MAP, and not have to weld into that aluminum MAF plate. Fabricating that adapter is much easier, it's just a flat plate with a hole cut into it, and then an elbow bending into that hole. Match up the bolt pattern, use the old bolts, and your boosted! Edit: I should add that you guys could definitely fabricate this adapter, then you can avoid having people send in cores. Just has to be a MAP setup like megasquirt.
I have the welder and tools to get that done faster. Only issue is I'm in AK so shipping is about 3 days each way. I have a hardbody so prototyping parts would be fairly easy. I have a tube bender and a 1.25" die for it so bumpers and bash bars would also be possible.
I'm pretty sure you guys rocked it out and got ours back to us in under two weeks! I know since we've posted our turbo build videos I've had to send a few people your way for that turbo elbow too. Shoulda just sent you ours back to give to someone for free when we went SBC, but we were in a madrush like usual and a dude drove all the way from the NE to pick up the KA lol

I don't see an intercooler on this one, I'm starting on my 93 and i don't know if i have to have a cooler? Stock engine, I'm not looking at making more that 250hp, not a full on race truck, just a weekend hotrod. Also what do you do for fuel management? My brain hurts from trying to absorb all the information im trying to learn
No problem, man! You dont NEED and intercooler, but i do recommend it! This truck has stock fuel! I would also recommend an aftermarket ecu or a jim wolf tune. At least a fmu.
i messaged about dereks rick n morty tattoo a bit ago ..were gonna try and hit the track tmrw in tucson at Musselman Honda Circuit have you bin there if not look it up online its alot closer . were building a ka24e thinking about ot swap it over to ka24de but after wathching your videos thinking about going turbo maybe u can help or have suggestions thnks.... Guys be careful when taking that top piece off the throttle body when doing this ! There's a gasket under there that tore when I took mine off and that was to be expected, but There is another gasket under there that you can only get from nissan. My truck has been down for a week now waiting on that gasket ☹️ it's some kind of thermal shield deal not sure exactly what it's called
