Saya tinggal di jepang , Yoshinoya memang number 1 beef bowl disini. Yang gyuudon /beef bowl yang paling terkenal. Kalo di jepang hanya menu gyuudon dan pork donburi. Menu di indonesia agak sedikit berbeda rasanya, dan ada 'sambalnya 'hehe... di jepang hanya ada cabe bubuk saja.

Yoshinoya is the biggest beef bowl chain in Japan, it's true :) but my favourite chain is Sukiya, they're now available too in Jakarta. Hopefully it reaches Jogja soon, Pak!

Spicy food is more delicious and less spicy when we eat them together with rice. Most Indonesian like my self usually addicted to spicy flavor. Yest, My 13 years old son still refuses trying anything spicy. I just come across to this nice video of a beautiful adventurous family 👍🏼

Pak Martin, harus coba makan di Imperial Kitchen & Dim sum. My favorite restaurant. Tried all from their menu and the taste are amazing & they also have chinese fried rice. . Really, you guys should try it... keep smiling.

Dim sum is like a Chinese breakfast/brunch thing. They have that down in LA if you're ever down there in the future. You sit down at a table, and a bunch of different waiters/waitresses go around with carts that carry different types of foods (i think they have restaurants in Jakarta that are like that). The food is normally in small portion sizes and you're suppose to eat it with tea. Dim sum is also sometimes referred to as "Yum cha" too, which literally means drink tea. Just some food for thought.
If you guys haven't tried dim sum before, you should. That is a traditional Chinese breakfast. The food are different types of dumplings. Search on RUclips on eating dimsum.

Untuk mengurangi rasa pedas biasanya saya minum liang teh kalau tidak saya minum larutan cap kaki tiga yang rasa anggur dingin,es soda gembira atau susu hangat... sama seperti sarah... Sepertinya seth menyukai ayam geprek.

My tip for your, after eating hot spicy food, you should drink warm water or hot tea without sugar instead of drink ice tea or any other cold drink

Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum has delicious chinese menus. I've tried it here in Jakarta. I think you should try it too.
Rizky Diananto My favorite menus there are Gao Zi and salted egg bakpao.
saran buat menghilangkan rasa pedas : minumlah air hangat bisa (jeruk hangat, teh hangat ,air putih hangat dll) pertama akan terasa panas tapi kemudian akan cepat hilang rasa pedas itu thaks.

wah, makan ayam gepreknya di transmart. mungkin Pak Martin bisa mencoba makan geprek di sekitaran kampus UGM dan membandingkannya dengan yang di Transmart, ada Preksu (Geprek & Susu sebagai minumannya), trus ada juga tempat makan Mas Kobis, saya merekomendasikan kobis gorengnya. *kobis=kubis=cabbage. hehehe
kemudian ada juga rumah makan padang Palanta, karena kemarin Pak Martin dan keluarga udah ke Sederhana yang harganya memang mahal banget, jadi mungkin bisa mencoba makan di Palanta juga, saya merekomendasikan ayam bakarnya.
kemudian terakhir, nasi goreng Bu Ita, nah kalau disini, saya merekomendasikan nasi goreng teri medan dan nasi goreng kornet + ekstra bakso/sosis. jadi Kornet merek Pr*nas yang kemarin sudah Pak Martin taste test bersama keluarga di video yang lalu, biasanya diolah lagi seperti di nasi goreng kornet itu. tapi sepertinya saya lebih prefer ke nasi goreng teri medan. hehehe

Yoshinoya, Japanese no 1 beef's bowl is one of my favorite place to eat beef bowl!! you might want to try the Yakiniku beef bowl tho! i am not a fan of the original beef bowl.
also, if you like it spicy you can add chilli topping or if you like it a little fancy you can add crispy spinach topping.
oh! dont forget the pickled red ginger to complete everything!

You should try Ayam Geprek restaurant called "CHOOKS" at Colombo, Jogja. The chicken is pretty tasty. I'm not from Jogja though, but that chicken do tasty!
