I went there and had lunch. That tofu calls "tahu isi or tahu brontak" the thin tempe calls "mendoan" originally come from Purwokerto. Seth has Telor Balado and maybe oseng-oseng kentang goreng. The only think I didn't try was Ayam geprek..........
Loved the video! Carrefour looks awesome, like a one-stop shop for everything. Not really much like it in Ireland :-( There is a Marks & Spencer but it's hard to get too and pricey!

Memang enak enak sih makanan di Carefour /Transmart, otentik tidak aneh seperti makanan fussion. Suka makan yang di Ambarukmo Plaza. Lebih mahal dari kaki 5, tapi lebih higienis, ga ada bau got. Itu saja sih.

you should try to make sweet soy spicy sauce that contain sweet soy sauce,chilli peppers(choped),raw thinly slice of shallots,raw thinly slice of garlic,some chopped tomatoes,a little squeeze of lime juice . thats it, and make sure you smash the chilli pepper first before u dip into this sauce because when u crush it,the spicy thing from the chilli will come out . i really recomend this saucr with deep fried/fried/kinda tastless fried thing like tempe goreng with batter .

Martin, I think Seth's stir fried potatoes has gizzards in it. I recognized it because i love chicken gizzards and it's quite common in Indo to stir fry potatoes with it :).

Pak Martin, have you ever tried the famous warung sambel welut Pak Sabar at Bantul. I used to call it, Unagi with Goosebumps, 'coz his warung right next to the graveyard 😀

my friend's mum usually make some stuffed tofu with sambal korek! no veggies at all, only sambal.. they're pretty good so i recommend bu julie to make some😂 i usually can't eat more than 5😂
